My flight was delayed so I got in late and wasn't able to check in. I called multiple times, finally getting ahold of someone. I asked if I could cancel the other * nights since I was forced to find a new place to stay the first night anyway. She told me to talk with the manager in the morning. I went back to the hotel the next morning asking if I could cancel the other two nights or get into my room today. The manager was extremely rude and told me my room was already given to someone else as I qualified as a "no show" so I dont get a refund and I dont get my room. She refused to hear me out so I left and contacted the regional manager. The regional manager offered to talk with groupon about getting me a couple nights refunded. He asked me to contact groupon and get a policy number he can use to reference this case. I also talked with someone on the groupon live chat who was willing to do a refund if the hotel was offering one. Now I need a policy number so I can send that back to the regional manager. **This whole experience has been a nightmare and I'm completely fine with paying for the night that I didn't show up. I'm not okay with paying this hotel for * nights in a room that they already gave to someone else.
