How soon before I have a response? This is terrible customer service when I can't reach anyone, and NO, there is no LIVE Chat because no one is responding, also would not let me put in my email so "Customer Service" could get back to me. This is BS. I can to cancel and have my money returned for The Artisan Hotel in Las Vegas purchased today. I want to reserve in another hotel but I can't do that until my refund is confirmed by Groupon. Please someone get back to me as soon as possible as I don't want to lose a great deal on a better hotel. I read the reviews to the Artisan and its quite creepy actually. I realize it was my mistake for not doing more research, but it looked to nice and artsy on the website, until I did some reading of the reviews from others. It is not where I want to stay.
