To Groupon: I am disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience. I purchased a voucher for EcQuality Auto Detailing but struggled to locate their listed address in National City. After failed attempts to contact you, I attempted to visit their other location in Mission Valley without success. I urgently need a resolution due to my upcoming travel plans. My preference is to receive a refund for the $49.00 voucher or an exchange for products/services. I encountered unauthorized transactions on the credit card I used for the voucher, prompting its closure. I hope for a swift response and resolution to this matter, given my history of significant spending with Groupon.

On September 26, [redacted], I purchased the BobSweep Pet Hair Plus robotic vacuum and mop. Unfortunately, it is too large for the space where I intended to dock it. The unit has not been used, and the wrapper remains intact. When trying to print a return label, I received a message indicating it is not eligible for a return as a final sale. However, this does not align with the terms I read on the Groupon sale page, which mentioned that unused items are eligible for free returns. I bought a Groupon deal for a "classic eyelash set and fill" for over $[redacted]. I scheduled an appointment with the merchant (Atheana) for yesterday. When I arrived, she informed me that she doesn't offer classic sets, only strip lashes or clusters, which are cheaper services. She admitted to advertising the classic set to attract more customers. I expressed my preference for the classic set I purchased, but she refused to honor it with a Groupon voucher, suggesting I contact Groupon for a refund. I would like my money back since the service I paid for wasn't available. I don't want to exchange it for another Groupon deal. I hope the advertisement is corrected to avoid this issue for others. Hello, this is my fourth attempt to contact Groupon's customer service without receiving any response. I have tried using all available methods - live chat, where the operator ended the chat both times, as well as email and phone, where I left my contact information but didn't hear back. I don't want to resort to social media to address the lack of customer care from Groupon. I've been a loyal customer and wish to continue using the service. I need assistance canceling my recent Groupons purchases, despite being outside the usual timeframe, due to my current situation. Unfortunately, I was in an accident and sustained injuries, making me unable to participate in the activities I purchased. I kindly ask for a refund. Please respond promptly. Thank you, D.D.

I recently purchased a high chair from Groupon, with Hermes supposed to deliver it today. I waited all day for the delivery, but no one showed up. When I called to track my order, the automated system mentioned a delivery card that was never left at my house. The system noted a delivery attempt at 11:56, but I was home and no one arrived. I checked with my neighbors, but none of them received a delivery card either. This situation is very disappointing, especially since my daughter needs the high chair. At this point, I would like a full refund and an explanation for the failed delivery, despite paying a delivery fee.

While on vacation, I bought a Groupon for an activity, booked it as instructed, and got a confirmation email. On the day of the activity, I contacted the vendor to confirm details. Unfortunately, I encountered a few problems: 1. The vendor's location didn't match what Groupon had stated, which was a major factor in my selection. 2. The vendor had no record of my reservation and couldn't accommodate me during my visit, so I couldn't use the Groupon. 3. The Groupon was set to expire just 2 days after purchase, contrary to the usual 90-day validity period. I'm seeking a full refund, as I've faced challenges with Groupon's information, paid a substantial amount, and won't be able to utilize the Groupon.

Hello Groupon, I purchased a parasailing adventure and when I contacted them to schedule, I received a text immediately with extra fees outlined. This was unexpected as I thought I had paid for everything except gas and tax with my Groupon. Unfortunately, the additional charges were more than I anticipated. I need to reschedule my experience with Rusty Wallace Racing Experience. They require an email from Groupon confirming that I haven't received a refund for my previous bookings under the names Philip Paoli Jr. (booking code: GRPRW-[redacted]7-BRSO18) and Brian Dunn (booking code: GRPRW-[redacted]4-BSRO18). I purchased a park entry for Quantico Park Paintball for four people. I called the company's main number before buying the coupon, and they confirmed they accepted it. Upon presenting the coupon the next day, they charged me an additional $80 for park admission after we started playing, despite the coupon being valued at $20. I ended up paying $20 for the coupon and an extra $80 for the same service. This situation felt fraudulent as they also charged me $90 for using their paint. I witnessed the same issue happening to another group. The park is located on US Government property at Quantico. I am a US Naval Academy graduate and plan to address this matter with the base commander, along with filing complaints to the Virginia State Attorney General and the FTC.

I purchased a Groupon for all-day paintball admission for up to 6 people. Despite selecting a specific location to redeem the voucher, upon arrival, the venue did not honor it. The email receipt listed one location, but the voucher had different redemption sites. Confusion arose when the voucher indicated an expired status while the Groupon stated it is valid until February. The original locations for redemption were Jaegers Paintball and High Performance Paintball, but I was redirected to High Performance Paintball and Battle Creek Paintball Park when I arrived. I paid $26 for this Groupon deal and would appreciate a refund to resolve the inconsistency.

I purchased a tour for two people scheduled for tonight and noticed that I have been billed double with two vouchers issued, each valid for two individuals. My intention was to buy only one voucher for both of us, not two vouchers for the same two people. Kindly refund the duplicate charge promptly as this seems to be an error. I would appreciate a call regarding an order issue. I have only received one out of two items I ordered. The one I received keeps falling off my dashboard. I am not happy with the quality of the product or the service. I have had other items not work properly and had to request a refund from the bank in the past. I feel like the products I receive are subpar. I would like the missing item sent to me as soon as possible. I believe the company should improve the quality of its products and customer service.

I recently purchased a Groupon from glassesusa.com, and encountered issues with the transaction. Despite it failing initially, it proceeded to charge my Discover card. I recently bought a 5-day Groupon Deal, but during the reservation process, I noticed that the deal included 2 extra days, making the final price higher WITH the Groupon Deal than without it. This doesn't seem like a good deal to me, as I am ending up paying about $11.00 more with the Groupon Deal. I have been trying to cancel my purchase by following the instructions, but I'm having trouble with the cancellation process. When I try to connect to cancel my Groupon purchase by pressing 6, the system does not recognize my command. Additionally, the Self-Cancel link is not working and gives me an error message saying it can't connect to the server. I would like to have my purchase canceled and refunded. According to their website, it will take 10 days to process the refund, which seems like a long time. I hope to resolve this issue soon. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a Groupon for an all-day admission to play paintball for up to 6 people. It stated two locations for redemption, so I chose one and tried to make reservations. When we arrived on the scheduled day and presented the vouchers, we were informed that the redemption locations had changed. The address on my receipt matched the place I selected, but the vouchers listed different locations. The staff at the paintball place refused to accept the vouchers. While the Groupon states it expires in February next year, the voucher showed it had already expired, causing confusion. I made an error yesterday under J. L.'s name when I purchased 4 tickets for the Houston Museum of Natural Science in Sugar Land. I actually needed tickets for the Houston Museum of Natural Science in the museum district of Houston, Texas. I mistakenly used his Discover card for the purchase. After realizing our mistake, we bought tickets in person at the museum. I am seeking a refund for the Sugar Land tickets. Over a year ago, I bought tickets for a Segway tour in Galveston, Texas for my family, but we couldn't use the Groupon before it expired due to scheduling conflicts.
