Hello, my name is Tina Redmon. I purchased St. Louis Blues hockey tickets as a gift (order # lQ83354) for someone else. It cost me $[redacted], and I only proceeded after speaking with a Groupon associate who confirmed, "I can transfer these tickets or print them out, whichever works best for me!" I have a copy of the chat saved. Despite multiple emails, I have not received a response. I simply want to change the tickets to be sent to her email address so they can attend the hockey game. I would like to confirm my Groupon code for Circus Circus Hotel in LA for December 17, [redacted]. I have come across several reviews mentioning issues with the coupon code for this hotel, so please confirm our check-in ahead of time as I will be traveling with a minor. Additionally, I am requesting a room in the Western Tower building as there have been many complaints about other areas of the hotel. I have already spoken to the reservation manager regarding these requests and they have asked me to confirm the reservation with them. I signed up for the Minneapolis Star Tribune for 52 weeks at a price of $36. However, I ended up submitting the order multiple times, resulting in seven different charges on my account at varying prices. I realized that the St. Paul edition does not deliver to my zip code and your policy only allows for one subscription per customer. I am willing to pay for the one subscription at $36 but I kindly request a refund of $[redacted] for the duplicate orders. I am new to this process and I apologize for the confusion. I struggled with inputting the Voucher No and was unsure if I would even receive the paper, yet to my surprise, it arrived last Sunday.

I purchased two tickets for the Moscow Ballet on November 25th in Birmingham, AL for $35.00 each. The website mentioned a discounted price from $93.00, indicating good seats. However, upon printing the tickets, we were assigned seats in Row QQ which are distant and difficult for us to reach due to our age. These seats are regularly priced at $38.00, not the $93.00 advertised. I am requesting a refund for these two tickets totaling $70. The payment was split between a $15.00 gift card and $55.00 on my Visa ending in [redacted]. Kindly credit $55.00 back to my Visa card and reinstate the $15.00 on my gift card. I recently purchased monogram online pillowcases but was disappointed by the undisclosed high shipping charges. I previously raised this concern but have not received any response. I bought two vouchers from Lashionista in Sea Girt, NJ. It seems that I only received credit for one. The vouchers were for my daughter, but due to scheduling conflicts, Lashionista couldn't accommodate her. I encountered many difficulties scheduling my appointment for the initial lashes. When trying to book a fill, the same issues arose. Eventually, when I managed to get an appointment, I was informed that they wouldn't charge extra for a 3-week fill. After some delay, I was told I was 4 days over and offered a full set for $[redacted]. Dealing with this company has been incredibly frustrating. I kindly request a credit for the fill portion. Hello, I have been trying to contact Groupon but have not received any response. I purchased a shiashedo straightening deal but was unable to proceed as my hair was colored and had tips. The salon determined it could damage my hair and agreed to refund me. I contacted Groupon via email, received confirmation of the refund, but have not seen it reflected on my credit card statements. I am facing numerous unresolved issues and have been unable to reach anyone via phone. All my communication has been through chat or email, but there has been no satisfactory resolution. This is my final attempt before involving the BBB and Attorney General due to deceptive trade practices. I would like to convert the following Groupons into Groupon bucks: 1. Pearle Vision – The Rockwall store was not selectable, but I was informed via email that the store was participating. However, the chosen store was Mesquite simply because there was no button for Rockwall. I have the printed Groupon. 2. Butterfly Microderm – The provider worked under a different name previously, which I was unaware of. Please convert this to Groupon bucks. 3. Million Dollar Lashes by Sam – I have been in contact since June regarding this gifted Groupon. I do not want the service and would like it converted to Groupon bucks. I have the printed gift Groupon. I appreciate your assistance in resolving these matters.

I purchased a Valvoline oil change through Groupon for $24.99 (booking code: [redacted]0) this morning (10/02/18). I had my oil changed at the [redacted] Justin Rd - Flower Mound, TX location. I presented the coupon upon arrival but was informed at check-out that it was not valid at that location. I had no choice but to pay for the oil change. The Valvoline staff suggested I seek a refund or transfer to a different location. However, my coupon is only valid at San Antonio locations, while I reside in Lewisville, TX. I accidentally purchased an extra ticket for Raging Waters for $33.99 on September 22, which expired on September 23. Despite requesting not to scan the extra ticket, an employee did so in error. They directed me to guest services for a refund, but they were unable to assist. Instructed to contact Groupon, I reached out to customer support. After they unredeemed the ticket, which had already expired, they informed me that a refund was against policy. However, your policy indicates refunds are possible even post-expiration. This situation is uncommon in my experience with Groupon. I seek a refund due to the employee's error in scanning the ticket.

I spoke with Jessica R. yesterday, October 2nd. I have two Groupons: 1. Good Naturel River Tours expiring on 12/27 and 2. Victory Casino Cruise expiring on 1/26. I am planning to visit Cocoa Beach, Florida on March 2nd but cannot use either Groupon. Both businesses said they couldn't honor the expired Groupons. Jessica suggested contacting Groupon to cancel both excursions. I plan to buy both excursions at a later date to avoid expiration. In the meantime, please cancel both Groupons. This customer service experience has been terrible. If this issue isn't resolved, I will not use Groupon again. I had written a detailed message here, but when I tried to paste my order number, everything got deleted! I don't have time to explain what happened again. Please contact me at +[redacted]4. I'm frustrated with Groupon, not the person reading this (unless it's a robot). My order number is [redacted]. I can't believe I can't copy and paste the order number! This is so frustrating. Groupon's customer service is awful. I ordered my item a week ago, and now it's saying it won't arrive until October 12th, even though it was supposed to come in 6-11 days as advertised on the website. It's unacceptable for a lip gloss order to take three weeks to arrive.

I purchased a $99 Groupon for a complete home duct cleaning from Forever Vent Duct Cleaning, valued at $[redacted]. I informed the technicians that my ducts had not been cleaned in 58 years and asked if they would use brushes and agitators. Despite their assurance, they only used a vacuum to clean the facing of the registers and requested an additional $[redacted] for more thorough cleaning. We settled on $[redacted] for the additional service. Unfortunately, they did not cut an access hole for a HepaFilter machine or use agitators as promised. The air handler now runs non-stop, even when the thermostat is off. When I contacted them, they suggested turning the system to "off" or "auto", which did not resolve the issue. I am disappointed with their service and their failure to return my call as promised. I believe a refund is warranted within the 72-hour window. The technicians, led by William Allen of Forever Vent in Kansas City at [redacted], did not provide the service as expected.

My daughter, Laura C., purchased a bed on Groupon and paid £[redacted].00 on September 26th. The delivery address is 19 Parkstone Mount, Leeds LS16 6ES. Unfortunately, she believes the confirmation went to an old email address since she made the purchase through Groupon on Facebook. We haven't received any updates since the initial purchase. Hello, I recently bought 3 tickets for Casaloma this Friday, October 5th, totaling $90. Initially, the purchase was pending, and after updating my payment from credit to debit, I made another purchase for 3 tickets. However, I received an email at 2 AM today, indicating that $90 was charged to my credit card that had the previous failed order. I've attempted to cancel and request a refund without success. Hello, my name is Joanna R. I bought a Groupon voucher for a foot fungus treatment at a rejuvenation clinic for both my feet. I recently bought a Groupon for Artistex Salon in Westport, CT, for a manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. The salon was not well maintained - the chairs were peeling and one of them was not working. The basin for soaking feet was dirty, and even the sterilized tools looked rusty. I had to leave without getting the service. I would appreciate a refund as I will have to find another salon now. Thank you. - Pam Albini

I purchased two large photo blankets from Groupon for $29.99 each. I submitted my order to Printpix, provided my Groupon order number, and paid for shipping. However, I only received one blanket in the mail with some photos having heads cut off. When I contacted customer service, they disputed the issue. After requesting to speak to a supervisor named Quinton, he offered me two new blankets for an additional $29.99 if I redo the pictures and call back. I'm unsure where my free blanket from the Groupon deal is. I don't want to pay $29.99 for each blanket, as that was not the original agreement.
