I have been billed $50 for a Groupon from "Dentistry on Hill" that I did not purchase. The charge appeared on my credit card statement on 26 July [redacted], but I only noticed it on 10 September. The Groupon does not show up in My Groupons, which makes me think I never bought it. I have informed my credit card company that this charge is unauthorized, and they will dispute it if Groupon does not reverse it. I am hoping Groupon will resolve this issue promptly. It was frustrating to finally arrange a cleaning after days of trying, only to be faced with a long wait for an appointment. I found it disappointing that Groupon bookings seemed to be given lower priority, putting me further back in the queue. I was then informed that the stairs, which were the main reason for my booking, could not be cleaned. I was told that I couldn't swap rooms for the stairs and was blamed for missing the cleaning exclusions in the fine print. The lack of an office or contact number added to my concerns about the company. I would appreciate a refund for the coupon or credit for a future purchase. This experience has soured me on Groupon, and I don't plan to use it again.

I bought three massages on 7/9, and my first appointment was scheduled for 9/13, located 45 minutes away. Despite my GPS, I couldn't find the spa. Even after leaving a message and receiving no call back, I couldn't locate the business. I believe this is a scam and will not attend my Oct 12 session. I am requesting a refund to my Visa, not a Groupon credit. If I don't receive a prompt refund, I will contact the Federal Trade Commission. I bought a voucher for a tanning salon in the Twin Cities area, but I received two vouchers instead of one. When I tried to use the voucher, I was informed that I couldn't because I had used a similar one last year. This situation is frustrating because in the past, Groupon would prevent you from buying a voucher that wouldn't work. Now, not only was I charged twice, I couldn't redeem the voucher at all. As a merchant on Groupon, I've stopped working with them due to their unprofessionalism and lack of concern for their merchants. I’m beginning to question if I should continue buying from Groupon. On top of that, I never received the fairy lights I purchased over a year ago, leaving me feeling like I've been taken advantage of.

I have attempted to communicate the issue through multiple messages but it seems there may be a misunderstanding. The vendor refunded my money to Groupon for a cancelled event, which per your refund policy, entitles me to a $[redacted].00 refund. However, despite my efforts since July, Karikalan from Groupon continues to redirect me to my bank. I am frustrated as I'm simply seeking what is rightfully owed to me. I hope for a resolution soon.

On September 8, [redacted], Kathy Miller was hospitalized for ten days due to a suicide attempt and is currently in a care facility for two months. They are seeking a full refund for both bookings made with their credit cards. Lisa Rusciano has been appointed as Kathy Miller's healthcare advocate and has durable power of attorney. I wanted to surprise my daughter for her 21st birthday by getting her lip fillers, something she has always wanted. However, she received an email from Groupon saying I had canceled her gift, which was a complete shock to me. I had not confirmed the purchase as I needed to wait for my pay later tonight. This mistake ruined the surprise and caused issues with my daughter. We are both upset and frustrated. I did not place an order, so she should not have received any email. I have been trying to request a call back at [redacted] for several months regarding some issues and purchases. I am starting to think that Groupon suspended their phone service to avoid dealing with the questionable practices they are engaged in. My next course of action will be reporting Groupon to the attorney general because I am unhappy with how they are treating their paying customers who support their site and deals. All I want is a call back to discuss my account with Groupon. I am requesting someone to call me back as the customer support site is not helpful. Every time I try to submit something, it either shows an error message or promises a contact within 24 hours, which has not happened since May [redacted]. I am experiencing a problem with the Sam's Club membership I bought through Groupon that I haven't been able to use. I was informed at the Sam's Club membership desk that there were issues or errors with it and that I should reach out to Groupon. It is disappointing that I purchased a year-long membership, and after two months, I have not been able to enjoy the benefits despite paying for it. In May, I attempted to purchase tickets for the Motown musical. However, there was a technical issue, and I ended up being charged twice for two sets of tickets. Hello, I am Jocelyn V and I have a Groupon for IPL treatments at Beverly Hills Tejuvination Center, which expires today. Unfortunately, I cannot be exposed to the sun during these treatments and my schedule was already booked in advance with sun-related activities. Hello, I came across a Groupon deal for Sparkling Maids offering 2 hours of cleaning for $45.00 or 4 hours for $90.00, but I managed to get a discount and paid $72.00 for the 4-hour service. However, despite multiple attempts over six weeks to reach out to Sparkling Maids via email and phone calls, I've had difficulty getting through. When I finally spoke to a representative, I was informed that the 4-hour service could be provided by one person, which was not clearly stated in the Groupon deal. This change in the terms makes the offer less appealing to me. I have already made the payment and would like a refund based on this new information. I have a family emergency and need to close all my accounts to liquidate my cash. I enjoy using Groupon but need to close my account. I have a Pope Fitness purchase that I would like a refund for before it expires. Additionally, I have $52 in Groupon bucks from returned purchases that I would like transferred back to my card rather than kept as Groupon bucks. I ordered a Samsung Note 5 phone case and Skullcandy wireless earbuds on September 21. Today, on the 25th, I noticed that my earbuds are preparing to ship, but the phone case still shows as ordered. The website states it takes 2 business days to ship, but it's been longer than that. Surprisingly, a Batman pop socket I purchased two days after the case is already ready to ship. I'm new to Groupon, and I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. I've heard great things about your service, so I'm hopeful you can fix this. Apologies for the frustration, and thank you.

I ordered an NFL Philadelphia Eagles Welcome sign that never arrived. I got it for $9 with a free shipping coupon. After talking to Groupon customer service, they mentioned they refunded me so I could reorder it. The problem now is that the item is priced at $13 without the free shipping coupon. Despite the tracking saying it was shipped, I never received it, and no one seems to know where it is. I searched my old address and asked neighbors, but it's nowhere to be found. Yesterday evening, I bought a Reviv Med Spa Coolsculpting Treatment. It was discounted at $[redacted] instead of $[redacted] due to a promotion ending that day offering an extra $50 off. Today, I was notified by Groupon that my order was declined. After contacting my credit card company, they confirmed there were no issues with the card. Despite not having purchased the product, Groupon is indicating otherwise, preventing me from buying it again. Even if I could proceed with the purchase now, I am unable to use the coupon. I hope to resolve this issue so I can buy the treatment and have the discount applied as I had planned to buy it before the coupon expired. Thank you.
