I ordered the bubbles mattress and it is awful.*The first thing we noticed is it was extremely hard for a mattress that was supposed to be medium firmness. *Also the memory foam in my partners side has dipped and won’t come back up.*This is just after * week and he is a standard sized male.*We both have suffered bad backs and necks since sleeping on it.*It’s terrible.*I would like a refund on this item.*Please advise.*Sarah Cooley.
