Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Make an appointment & redeem my Groupon ... It took me almost a week to get a hold of anyone to schedule the cleaning. Then I would have had to wait another week or longer from that point to get a cleaning done. It was implied that Groupon appointments don’t get priority time slots* that those are saved for paying customers. Then I was told that they couldn’t clean my stairs. That was the main point of my purchase. I was told NO that I could NOT substitute several rooms for the stairs. Then he blamed Groupon for the fact that I didn’t see the fine print stating this exclusion! This company doesn’t even have an office or office number so that didn’t inspire much trust, either. Kindly refund this useless coupon or credit my account for another purchase. This will be my last Groupon purchase. It is order * ****-******-******. Thank you!
You expect decent customer services even if you have a coupon!

The Groupon app was nothing but further frustration. And perhaps the reason I never saw the fine print until AFTER purchase!
