I purchased a Groupon for an oil change at Midas. They told me they were unable to do the oil change. I have the receipt showing they didn't charge. It shows that it was redeemed because he scanned it before looking at my car. I personally am pretty confident he just didn't want to take the Groupon, because I've gotten kick back from Jiffy Lube as well. The guy was just straight up rude.. so he just lied to me as a woman with a Groupon. I happened to take my business to valvoline, where I actually prefer to go and usually find a Groupon. Just not at this time, and I really needed it before my trip. Please help. I'm all for obiding policies, and make decisions based on them. But I had no idea this place wouldn't even accept or service my car.
