Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I tried to set up the service by calling and leaving a message to the entity so I could schedule it, and they never called me back. Thus I am no longer interested in the venue anymore.
