Have the product I paid for de*Ivered to my current address which is clearly on my profile ... Yesterday an expensive Dyson vacuum I purchased through Groupon was delivered to a two year old address. My profile on Groupon clearly has my current address and billing information. I drove * *** hours in the rain and went to the old address where fed x says they delivered it but the current occupant states he did not receive it. Groupon’s chat person is giving me the run around telling me to contact fed x which I already did to no avail...they said it’s a Groupon issue which it is as they not me nor fed x messed up the address. I need a live human to resolve this or I’m going to have to dispute this charge on my credit card and file a complaint with the BBB etc on Groupon. Can you help? Harry Alheid. ***-***-****
That it is a Groupon mistake which Groupon needs to rectify
Send me the Dyson vacuum model which I ordered to my correct Cherrywood address immediately or refund my money
I’ve order goods through Groupon on a consistent basis with no issues until now and now they will not help rectify this error on their part.
Yes, I contact fed x who stated it was a groupon issue and like I said I drove * *** hours in the rain and contacted the occupant of that old address and he stated he did not have nor received my vacuum
