I ordered the Starbucks $** gift card then went into MyGroupons and under All I was able to locate my purchase. It shows as pending and I have no way to actually redeem it or use the Groupon that I purchased. I did not ever receive an email for my order either, even before I finally figured out how to change my email address that is on file. **If it helps at all, my email that was previously on file was: *****@***.com
GetHuman-yshu did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
