Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a groupon in August to use as a birthday surprise for my mom. The day of the event it was cancelled and the owner called to tell me the bar she was having it at was closed but she was unaware. She told me she would do a personal sip and paint for me and my family. I've been trying to reach out to her and I haven't had any response to receive my sip and paint. I feel like I've been robbed.
