I purchase this voucher and when my son got to the airport he was running a little late and they were giving him directions where the car had to be parked but his time was very slim and he panic and park it at a regular parking and ended spending a lot of money .i normally use your service all the time and it’s is awesome. This time around wasn’t so easy to use this voucher where they were telling him to park and take the shuttle bus. Is there a way that you can kindly refund this voucher back to my credits card ? I would greatly appreciate it very much. Last minute airport can sneak up in you and give you no options to go to plan B .the voucher has not expire yet ..I would greatly appreciated it very much .melanie crespo ***-***-****
