I want Groupon to first, have a way for their customers to speak to a human to resolve simple problems that don't need to become headaches. Second, make it easy to return unwanted groupons on the website without needing humans if that's the company's policy! I want a refund for * $** plant night groupons I don't want, and that I've already replaced with paint night coupons that I intended to get in the first place!! Not a big deal, right? Shouldn't be! I will never deal with Groupon, again!
