I received one of the two mattresses on September 15th. Unfortunately, the one delivered had a wet mold smell. We decided it was unsatisfactory and rewrapped it as best we could. The delivery order number is (jjd[redacted][redacted]) and the customer reference number is ([redacted]) from September 12, [redacted]. We would appreciate receiving a returns form by post since we don't have access to a laptop or computer. We would like a refund. I am frustrated with the lack of customer service from Bubbly Cleaning and Groupon. I purchased a 6-hour cleaning session, but the cleaner only stayed for 2.5 hours. When I tried to schedule the remaining 3.5 hours, Bubbly Cleaning demanded an additional $50, claiming the assigned cleaner has a higher hourly wage. Groupon stated they only intervene when services are incomplete, failing to acknowledge my issue. I have reached out to both companies multiple times without a satisfactory resolution. I suggested Groupon refund the money so I can book with another cleaning service, but I have yet to receive a response. I feel trapped by Bubbly Cleaning's demands and frustrated by Groupon's lack of concern. I hope to find a fair solution soon.

I purchased a Groupon for Coles Custom Detailing but couldn't use it before it expired due to my car being in the shop. I contacted the merchant who assured me he would mark it as redeemed so I could use it later. After getting my car back, I reached out to schedule the service. The merchant mentioned that Groupon takes all the money and he's not happy about it, claiming they don't allow manual entry of codes after expiration. He insisted I would now need to pay $65, the regular price for the service. This is confusing as the Groupon wasn't expired when he marked it redeemed, so I don't understand why I have to pay extra now. It seems like a lot of conflicting information. Can someone clarify if Groupon actually takes back money from merchants, leaving the customer to cover the cost? I would appreciate some insight into this process.

I purchased a voucher for my son's airport parking, but he had trouble finding the designated area due to time constraints, resulting in parking expenses. While I usually find your service excellent, the voucher was challenging to use this time. Is it possible to refund the voucher to my credit card? Hello, I attempted to order a facial at PRIVATE spa yesterday and encountered an error. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to proceed. Realizing my credit card on file was inactive, I updated the information today. However, I noticed two purchases with PRIVATE on the Groupon app. This is not possible as the previous card was not functional. I tried to cancel the duplicate orders (#[redacted], [redacted]) to make corrections and reorder one facial, but I was unsuccessful. I unfortunately missed the window to return my order by a couple of days beyond the 30-day period. The two 60-inch bathroom rugs I purchased were not as they appeared in the photo. The cotton yarn loops are not sewn down, posing a risk to small children and the elderly. As a 73-year-old, I struggled to handle these rugs. When I unrolled them, I tripped on a loop, which was alarming given my narrow bathroom's layout with a tub and granite vanity. I'd like to return both unused rugs due to the safety hazard they present. I understand this may not align with your return policy, but the open loops make them unsuitable for me.

The inclement weather and the anticipated rain during the tour made the experience less than ideal. The altered route required inconvenient changes in hopping on and off. Additionally, the tour, which we believed to be 24 hours, concluded at 5 pm. Due to these reasons, we kindly request a refund of $82.50.

I bought a $[redacted].00 voucher on 9/11 for 20 units of Xeomin or 60 units of Dysport at Body Factory on 9/18. Upon arrival, they said I couldn't use the voucher as I was already a customer. They refused to let me use the amount for another service. I am requesting a refund to my credit card ending in [redacted]. I have emailed Groupon about this. I had a disappointing experience with Groupon [redacted]1 at Avida salon. I scheduled an appointment but upon arrival, they refused to honor my Groupon with the available stylist, insisting I pay full price because I hadn't mentioned it when I booked. When I tried to clarify and schedule a new appointment emphasizing the Groupon, they accused me of receiving and responding to a text reminder, even though I never got it as they mistakenly used my landline number, which doesn't receive texts. I managed to set up an appointment for Oct. 11, but they need to confirm. At this point, I just want to cancel the Groupon and get a refund.

Hello, I'm Beyza Alpaydin. I purchased the Na Pali Coast sunset cruise dinner through TripAdvisor on August 25th for August 27th. Unfortunately, the tour got canceled due to weather conditions. The agent assured me of a refund since they canceled the trip. However, I haven't received the refund. When I contacted Holo Holo charters, they directed me to TripAdvisor as we booked via their website. Speaking with TripAdvisor, they advised reaching out to Groupon, their partner, as they have all my details and are responsible for the refund. The reservation was made under the name of my friend, Canan Cevik, but we used my Amex credit card registered in my name.

Hello, I purchased a voucher for 20 units of botox with hyaluronic acid on August 18th. During my first appointment, the secretary redeemed the voucher at the desk. Unfortunately, the Dr. and nurse advised that I was not eligible for the procedure. The nurse mentioned that she would contact you for the cancellation. I have been trying to reach Customer Support via email since September 14th but the issue remains unresolved. They are unable to locate my information, even though I can see my account and notice that the voucher has been moved to the expired section as it was already 'redeemed'. On September 11th, I purchased a Groupon using the email [redacted] but it was processed under my wife's email jmdangora.com. I also ordered a second one for myself and tried to cancel the first one as a surprise. I had to speak with three different representatives before they understood the issue. It's unusual because in all my previous orders, my email was the only one associated with my account. I'm frustrated that I had to resort to social media and the Massachusetts Consumer Fraud Division to try to resolve this. Despite being assured it would be fixed within ten minutes, I was still charged by PayPal for two wine certificates and Groupon hasn't rectified the situation. I haven't received any responses despite trying different methods, including leaving my number and using the chat feature. I hope to hear back promptly.

I am writing about Order # [redacted] for the "Denti 3 Drawer Under Bed Storage, Espresso Brown." When I bought this item, I thought it was a full bed based on the picture shown. However, upon receiving it, I discovered that it was only three drawers for underneath a bed. I intended it to be a complete bed for my grandson, who needs a new one, but these drawers cannot attach to his current twin bed. I need to return this product for a refund as I still need to purchase a bed for my grandson. If you could suggest a bed that these drawers would fit under, I would appreciate it. Last night, on 9/18/18, I purchased 2 Paint Night Groupons, one for 4 people and one for single admission. The Groupon for 4 people appeared 4 times in my Groupon purchases, totaling $[redacted]. I only intended to buy one set of 4 tickets, not 4 separate ones. When I tried to register all 4 guests using the one coupon, it didn't provide a confirmation for all attendees. I made a purchase last night for 4 tickets to Treasure Island in Dallas. The Fall3 promo code did not reflect on my total. I noticed this right away and had a live chat with a person named "Yemini" who was not helpful. Instead of fixing the promo code, she offered me $3.60 in groupon bucks, which I found unacceptable. I've always had good service with Groupon and I am disappointed by the customer service I received this time. Please review my account and apply the valid Fall3 discount to my purchase. I made the purchase specifically because of the 20% off promotion. I prefer to discuss this over the phone as it would be easier to address any issues. On 8/9/18, I purchased a Groupon for Blue Charcoal Brazilian Restaurant in Richardson. Later, I noticed another Brazilian restaurant named Boi Na Braza and decided to take a look. Unfortunately, it was not near Rockwall. I did not intentionally select the second restaurant, but I received a notification that I had purchased it. I promptly tried to cancel the order and was informed that it would be processed within 24 hours. However, the cancellation never went through, and my credit card was charged. I kindly request a refund or a credit for future use.

Hello, I'm Michelle Russell. I recently placed an order for a large plush and suede orthopedic sofa bed in espresso, with the item description number [redacted]. However, I received a large (or possibly extra large) wine-colored quilted bed instead. While I did order a wine quilted bed, I now have two of them and am missing the plush and suede one. Hello, my name is Maria. I wrote a check for a hotel reservation I purchased through a deal. I was supposed to check in today, but unfortunately, I couldn't make it because my son fell very ill.
