Get a refund ... We have chatted with Groupon three times requesting our money back for a service that we didn’t utilize yet bc of the false reviews. They ended the chat with us all three times. **The issue is that my husband bought a Groupon for a spa in queens for our anniversary. It gave excellent reviews. Although when discussing with friends they all warned us how horrible it was , not relaxing kids everywhere and not a spa environment. More like a public pool with kids and drinks. We are not looking for that so bc he spent a lot of money on it - my husband decided to drive to check it out. When he did - he saw kids entering the spa and an atmosphere that was more party like. Not at all a romantic spa ! **We do not want to utilize the Groupon and would like our money back. As we have been unhappy with Groupons before and now desire to have a better experience ! We would like to throughly research things before we buy and do not want to be pressured to buy something on Groupon. We did not use the voucher and would like our money back. Thank you for your time.
