Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-kysoulli's own words
Purchased a Groupon for an oil change. Accidentally went to the wrong location and the service rep there redeemed the Groupon before realizing it was for a different location and the Groupon wouldn’t work. Now it says my Groupon has been used even though it wasn’t. I would like a refund since I didn’t even get to use the Groupon I purchased and ended up paying out of pocket.
GetHuman-kysoulli did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
