first of all I cannot get that Get Human green advertisement out of the way so I can read my options--I bought * pair o Galazy Chinos--the size was *****--each pair fits differently soooooo I wanted to get ***** to see which pants would fit better--when I ordered it said I could return the pants and when they arrived it said follow the steps if you want to return, well there were NO steps to follow. It also said I could not return the pants as ** days had expired--not true as I just received the pants * days ago and have been trying to communicate with your organization with no results. This is what I would like to do--I would like to get the pants in size ***** to compare to the ones I already have to see which pants will fit my husband better. I am planning to keep those pants that fit but I am getting soooooo frustrated not being able to get a reasonable response from a living person. Is there anyone that can help me?
