The issue in GetHuman-paolaro's own words
On Sep. * I book a hotel. I got to my destination which happens to be out off the country that I reside and the hotel tells me there is no reservation or notification from groupon.*I contacted groupon and the following is a transcript of the groupon rep answer:*"The dates looks like has been sold out paolo and in this time I best recommend that you can purchase the reservation with them directly. *Balaji Y: I hope we are still connected in this chat session. "*Since i been waiting for groupon to answer me for more than * hours and it was all ready * pm. I book another room. Immediately, both transactions go through. Whithin seconds I spoke with the hotel rep. She said, we can't do nothing, you have to talk to groupon to cancel the order. It was impossible to get in thouch with no one at groupon. And my phone bill for making over sea phone calls has reach over $***.** dollars.*I requested a full refound immediatly, because i can bilocate and be in two rooms at the same time the same day. Lol.***Groupon said it will investigate and contact me, is been over ** days and I still have not heard from anyone.**Through my app
