I purchased a nail voucher from Lily’s in Lower Hutt, Wellington, New Zealand. $35 was deducted from my account, but I have not received the voucher. Upon signing up, I encountered an error message when trying to log in. After attempting to reset my password, I received an email stating that my email address was not associated with an account. Subsequently, upon signing up once more, the voucher appeared, but when I emailed it to myself, the attachment was blank. Upon trying to log in again, I faced the same issue of not having an account. I attempted to sign up again in the hopes of retrieving the voucher, which now shows that I have not made any purchases on the account. I simply wish to have the voucher emailed to me in order to ensure I have not lost my money.

I have a reservation through your service for a hotel in Myrtle Beach. Due to an impending hurricane hitting the area on Friday, I am concerned about the conditions upon my scheduled Monday check-in. Given the severity of the storm, it seems unlikely the hotel will be ready to accept guests. While I understand the refund policy stated in the fine print, I believe some flexibility should be applied in this unique circumstance. I would appreciate a resolution in the form of a refund or partial credit towards another booking. Hello, my name is Camilo. I recently purchased a deal for unlimited boot camp classes at Shazam Fitness for two months. Upon visiting their website, I discovered that my purchase only covers "sweat classes," focusing on basic movements and mostly body weight exercises, which is not what I was expecting. I was hoping for a variety of workouts to fully experience their gym. After speaking with them on the phone, they couldn't offer me the full experience for the price I paid. They only provided the option of one type of class with limited hours and required daily registration through their website or app. I attended a class to try it out, but I found it to be too basic and not enjoyable. I would like a refund as my experience with them has not been pleasant.

I would like to request a refund of $82.50 for the attached purchase as it was not redeemed at the Big Bus Tour. The VOUCHER number is [redacted]4 and the GROUPON NUMBER is LG-W4FP-XZGF-KGWS-LPLL. Upon arrival, we were informed of a route change due to road construction and rainy weather, making it inconvenient for us to hop on and hop off at different locations. We were under the impression of a 24-hour hop on hop off service, but the voucher was limited to 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on September 8, [redacted]. I recently purchased a Rusty Wallace Racing Experience through Groupon as a gift for my husband. Despite attempting to schedule his race multiple times, he has only been able to find availability for one weekend in September. In addition, there were unforeseen charges such as additional insurance and other fees not disclosed in the original Groupon deal, which is disappointing. I was under the impression the experience would offer more flexibility in dates over the summer. Upon further research, my husband found that the company has a poor BBB rating for reasons similar to ours, including issues with Groupon redemption, limited scheduling options, unclear track locations, and mandatory high-cost insurance. We feel misled and are seeking a full refund promptly. This experience has been a letdown compared to previous Groupon purchases and we are eager for a swift resolution.

I made a reservation and initially used the wrong card saved on Groupon. I corrected this by updating my credit card details on the site. However, Groupon still charged both the declined card and the new card, even after I updated the payment information. The hotel informed me that Groupon should handle the refund, as it was not a cancellation since I was physically present on the reserved date. Had I not been informed by the hotel, I might not have noticed the double booking for the same night. Groupon insists the booking is non-refundable due to being considered a cancellation, despite it being an evident case of double billing. I am open to receiving a credit for the overcharged amount.

Hello, I purchased two Groupon vouchers for Juvederm for my lips on April 30th. When I called the vendor on May 8th to schedule an appointment, they informed me that lips were not included in the offer. Nowhere in the promotion did it specify this exclusion. I tried reaching out to Groupon for help, but did not receive a response. Frustrated, I contacted American Express. Groupon informed American Express about their 3-day refund policy, but by then, it had only been 7 to 8 days since my purchase. The issue lies in the lack of clarity regarding exclusions in the offer, preventing me from redeeming my Groupon. I have a history of purchasing lip injection offers on Groupon and continuing to use those vendors at full price, as shown in my American Express statements. It was surprising to hear that lips were excluded from this offer at Revitta Cosmetic Clinic, especially when Juvederm XC is commonly used for lips. Hello, I am currently experiencing issues scheduling an appointment to redeem the groupon voucher for a haircut and balayage at Capelli Salon in San Jose, CA. Communication with Brittany has been challenging for the past three months as I tried to secure a booking without success. There seems to be a lack of priority given to groupon customers, leading to disappointment due to unprofessional communication. It was particularly frustrating when it took THREE WEEKS for her to respond to one of my messages. Unfortunately, the expiry date of the groupon is approaching on October 28th, and Brittany has indicated that she cannot accommodate my appointment request before then. I am seeking an immediate refund for this unsuccessful experience. Despite being a long-time Groupon user, this encounter has been disheartening and a waste of resources. I bought a Groupon for a 90-minute massage at Balancing Spirit. When I attempted to schedule, I received a notice that Groupon customers need to wait for an appointment but the price would be honored pre-expiration. They advised contacting Groupon for a refund if this was not acceptable. After leaving voicemail and sending an email agreeing to the terms and trying to book, I couldn't schedule due to system constraints. I followed up with another voicemail and email, yet have not heard back from TJ who left the initial message for Groupon customers. I am eager to secure my appointment or receive a refund, with an expiration date of 9/23/18.

I recently bought three Groupon sessions at Beaubelle Beauty Clinic in Northbridge, Perth. My first appointment is on Tuesday, September 18. Unfortunately, I didn't check the reviews before purchasing, and after reading them, I feel hesitant about going to the clinic. I was excited about my visit but reading the negative experiences has changed my mind. I need to cancel the purchase, which was made through PayPal, and also cancel my booking at the clinic. On September 1st, I booked a hotel through Groupon for a trip outside of my home country. Upon arrival, the hotel had no record of my reservation from Groupon. After contacting Groupon for assistance, a representative named Balaji Y informed me that the dates appeared to be sold out and suggested I book directly with the hotel. Frustrated after waiting over 2 hours for a response, and it being 5 pm, I decided to book another room which was confirmed instantly. When I spoke with the hotel, they advised me to cancel through Groupon. Despite numerous attempts to contact Groupon and incurring a high phone bill, I have not been able to reach anyone regarding a refund. It has been more than 10 days since Groupon mentioned they would investigate the issue and get back to me, but I have yet to receive any communication. Thank you. App Name

Hello, I purchased a Groupon voucher for a cleaning service in Philadelphia named "Kleen Freeks" on August 25 for $66. I've been attempting to schedule a cleaning for my apartment in King of Prussia, PA, within their service area, but have been unable to reach anyone at the company. All my calls go to voicemail stating their inbox is full, making it impossible to leave a message. I'm incredibly frustrated and wasting a lot of time on this. I'm requesting a refund so I can consider booking with another cleaning service through Groupon in the future. Due to my busy schedule with medical appointments, being a cancer patient, I can't spend hours trying to contact the company. Please cancel and refund this voucher promptly. I am having trouble removing the Get Human green advertisement from blocking my view while trying to read my options. I recently purchased 7 pairs of Galaxy Chinos in size 34/30, but each pair fits differently. I wanted to exchange them for size 32/30 to see which fits better. The pants arrived with unclear return instructions, stating the 30-day return policy had expired, which is incorrect as I received them just 4 days ago. Despite my attempts to reach out for help, I haven't received a response. I would like to exchange for size 32/30 to compare the fit with the ones I already have. In my email yesterday, there was a promotion for the Oscar's Cabaret: Drag Show. The email advertised the ticket price at $15, but when I clicked on it, the price showed as $19. This inconsistency has left me frustrated. I have tried to get clarification through multiple live chat representatives, but each one gives me different explanations and just tells me to check the fine print. I recently made a purchase on Groupon and needed to return one item due to sizing issues. However, I was surprised to find out that my refund was processed with a deduction of $10.00, the value of a coupon I had used for the entire order. In my opinion, it seems unfair for Groupon to apply the coupon discount to the returned item only. I am dissatisfied with this handling of my refund and do not plan to use Groupon again. I would prefer to receive a full refund to my credit card for the returned item without any credit to my Groupon account. I recently purchased a Sam’s Club membership through Groupon which was supposed to include a $10 gift card. However, I never received either item. When I visited the Indianapolis Sam’s Club, they were unable to find my purchase. I asked for a temporary card and was charged an extra $17.68. During checkout, I noticed I was being charged an additional $45. Even though they refunded the extra charge, my account showed the gift card had already been used. I have tried contacting customer service through the automated system three times, but each time I was disconnected. I am writing regarding my recent experience trying to purchase DC go cards for my family on August 5, [redacted]. Despite multiple failed attempts due to technical issues on your website, I later discovered charges on my credit card for the go cards. As I had already made alternative arrangements due to the delays, I am now seeking a refund for the undesired go cards. I have contacted Groupon three times to request a refund for a service we have not used due to misleading reviews. The spa my husband purchased a Groupon for has been described as noisy and not relaxing, similar to a public pool instead of a spa. Despite the positive initial reviews, further investigation revealed a less-than-ideal atmosphere for our anniversary celebration. My husband even went to the spa and confirmed that it was not what we were looking for. We are disappointed with Groupon's services in the past and want a refund so we can find a more suitable experience. I bought a Groupon for Adaptive Firearms on April 17th for $[redacted]. When I tried to schedule, they informed me of an additional $45 charge for not bringing my own gun and ammo, which was not mentioned in the deal. I've tried to cancel and get a refund through various channels but have been unsuccessful. GetHuman said it was resolved, but I haven't seen the refund in ten days as promised.
