I previously reached out via email regarding my scheduled cleaning appointment today with Pro Cleaning. I am very disappointed with Groupon and especially Pro Cleaning. I had paid for 4 hours of cleaning today, but I noticed that they had marked the service as redeemed on September 4th. Jessica had confirmed my appointment for today, so I am confused why it was marked as redeemed already. Unfortunately, due to a recent injury to my right ankle, I am unable to do much cleaning myself and really need their services. It seems like they may not be coming today. Can someone please assist with this situation? If needed, I am open to using another cleaning service through Groupon. I have reached out to both Groupon and Pro Cleaning via email but have not received any response from either party. -Cheryl C.

I have been charged $50 for a Groupon from "Dentistry on the Hill" that I did not purchase on July 26. The order number is #1[redacted]26-[redacted]. I only realized this charge when I checked my credit card statement yesterday. The Groupon does not appear in my available Groupons, and I did not authorize or complete any requirements for this purchase. I am not experiencing "buyer's remorse." I have been charged $50 for a Groupon that I did not purchase from "Dentistry on the Hill" on July 26. The charge appeared on my VISA statement, but it is not showing in my available Groupons. I want to clarify that I did not authorize this purchase and did not fulfill any of the offer requirements. I thought I would have the option to enter the Take10 promo code when buying a Jiffy Lube oil change, but I was billed without applying the code. Please refund my debit card with the 10% discount. My order number is 1[redacted]03-[redacted]. I haven't bought a Groupon deal in years due to not wanting to deal with any problems. I decided to try it out this time, and naturally, I encounter an issue with being overcharged.

I have used many Groupons without issues in the past. Recently, I faced challenges with two purchases, particularly with Tuscan Salon and DP Salon. It appears that communication was difficult, possibly due to using the wrong email address. The salons seem inflexible with appointment times when using a Groupon. Despite the terms stating that the paid value never expires, both places claimed the Groupon had expired. I would appreciate a credit for these unused purchases to use on a future transaction. I had a disappointing experience with Lirica Salon and Spa when trying to book a teeth whitening treatment. Unfortunately, contacting them was a challenge, and I found their lack of professionalism off-putting. I would like a refund of $39 or to have it credited towards future services. Additionally, the code for Hana Restaurant was invalid, and I request that the $12 be applied as credit for my next Groupon purchase. The listed phone number was unhelpful, and I prefer speaking to a person rather than using the app. I'm seeking a customer service number for direct communication. Until these issues are addressed, I will refrain from making any future purchases. It's concerning to see a decline in reliability among businesses, and I hope for a prompt resolution to these matters.

I've been attempting to cancel a Groupon purchase from Modern Body Centers for $56.00 due to medical reasons. Despite my efforts months ago and contacting customer service, I have encountered issues with the cancellation process. The broken link on the website has made it impossible for me to cancel, and when speaking to representatives, they have focused solely on the cancellation date rather than assisting me with a refund. After finding out about my allergies in July, I decided I could not use their services. I booked a room at the Downtown Value Inn through Groupon for my daughter and myself on 9/10/18. My daughter arrived early and was allowed to check-in by the manager, Prakash Chandroth, until I arrived later in the evening. When my daughter's boyfriend, who is black, came to stay with her, they were treated unprofessionally and judgmentally. Despite a short visit, they were asked to leave, and later they were both denied access to the room. Feeling uncomfortable, my daughter called me, and I talked to the manager, who eventually agreed to let her retrieve their belongings and offered a refund. I purchased three personalized cutting boards from Qualtry through Groupon and I'm disappointed with the quality. The boards do not resemble the sample at all. The ink is light, dark, or unreadable on each one, making them unsuitable as gifts. I reached out to Groupon, who advised contacting the vendor, but I have not received a response. I simply want three cutting boards that match the original sample. I have had positive experiences with Groupon in the past, and I trust this issue will be resolved promptly. If not, I may seek a refund from my credit company, although I prefer replacements that meet the advertised standard. I urge Groupon to ensure the quality of products they promote. I am currently in the USA and purchased a $50 Groupon gift card, which I successfully redeemed online. My account shows a balance of $50. However, the issue arises when I am asked for a credit card billing address, which is in the UK. I find it confusing as to why a credit card is required when using a prepaid gift card. I have discussed this concern with Safeway, but they were unable to provide an explanation. I have tried reaching out to customer support without a response. I am considering reaching out on YouTube to see if others have experienced the same problem.

To whom it may concern, I am Darina, and I received Groupon coupon #[redacted]5 as a birthday gift on April 27, [redacted]. I visited Cupertino Facial Aesthetics on Sept. 8, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the treatment was unsuccessful as the cosmetic nurse kept changing the laser tube size and had to leave before my appointment was supposed to end. Moreover, my voucher was only used for small areas despite being purchased for medium areas, as indicated on the voucher. Furthermore, I only attended 3 out of 7 sessions as required. During my last visit, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional $[redacted] to continue, despite not completing the full treatment. When I brought up the discrepancy in redemption and treatment areas, the representative was unhelpful and unprofessional. Due to the impending storm, I will not be able to extend my stay in Helen this week and would like a refund for the Unicoi State Park Groupon purchase as well as cancel my stay. I am dissatisfied with my recent purchase on Groupon. I booked a stay at Ramada Plaza on Lundy’s Lane in Niagara Falls. The hotel does not match the advertised pictures. There are water stains on the ceilings, a musty smell in the room, and an extra charge for parking on top of the regular rate. I suggest inspecting these rooms before showcasing them online to avoid misleading customers. A few years back, I bought a Groupon for Skin Matters in Roswell, Georgia. I scheduled an IPL treatment, but during the follow-up, I was informed that the initial treatment was more of a skin test due to my darker complexion. No actual service was provided. I have noticed that my Groupon account seems to have my husband's email address associated with it instead of my own. My email is *****@***.com, while his is [redacted] This mix-up has been going on for quite some time now, and it's becoming frustrating. Each time I try to access or purchase a deal, I have to use his email, causing inconvenience when I want to surprise him with a Groupon. I purchased a tea for two at Patisserie Valerie in June [redacted] under Order No. [redacted]19. Despite not using the Groupon voucher, the manager claimed it had been redeemed on 01/08/18 when I wanted to avail it with my elderly mother. I possess evidence of purchase to support my claim. I utilized a Groupon deal for carpet cleaning services and opted for additional upgrades. Unfortunately, the technician left my outside water running, causing my new hose to burst. Additionally, there were significant stains left on my rug and the arm of a chair. Despite paying $[redacted] on top of the Groupon price and offering a $20 tip, the technician disregarded my concerns when contacted about the issues and failed to address them. I now face the expense of buying a new hose and replacing the damaged carpet, totaling $[redacted].00. I am requesting a full refund and intend to leave a negative review of the service.

I recently bought two Groupons for LZ Spa. Upon trying to redeem one for a massage, the owner, Bella, informed me that they do not accept Groupons. Despite explaining that I have two valid and non-expired vouchers, she still declined. I enjoyed the massage I paid $60.00 for today. However, I am uncertain about the status of the remaining two Groupons I hold. One voucher was for a 90-minute massage with foot reflexology, hot steam pad, and hot stones purchased on June 29. The second one, acquired on July 3, was a 60-minute deep tissue ashiatsu massage with hot steam pad and hot stones. I would greatly appreciate any guidance on what to do next. I would like a refund for my appointment that was canceled last minute. I arrived at the salon on September 12th at 9:45, as specified in the email, but the employee informed me that the appointment was no longer valid. Summer Be, the stylist, had supposedly sent an email earlier that morning saying she was not accepting Groupons anymore, but I did not receive this message. Summer Be mentioned that Groupon would guide me on how to get a refund, but I cannot find any instructions on my account. I want my money refunded promptly.

On March 26, [redacted], I bought a Groupon for 3 facials from Pure Skin Spa in Spokane, Washington as a gift for my son's girlfriend, Leah Corra. The Groupon expired in August [redacted]. Leah tried multiple times to book an appointment with Pure Skin Spa. Initially, they did not return her calls. When she finally managed to schedule an appointment in July, the technician did not show up on two separate occasions with excuses given. When Leah called in August, she was informed that there were no appointments available anymore. After hearing about Leah's frustrating experience, I am inclined to seek a refund for the unused Groupon. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience to address this issue.
