Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. The issue in GetHuman-keidan's own words
I am being billed $** for a Groupon I considered but did not purchase on July ** from "Dentistry on the Hill"* order *****-******-******. I was unaware of the charge until yesterday when I viewed my credit card statement, and it (the Groupon I supposedly purchased) does not show in my available Groupons. To be clear: I am not having "buyer's remorse", as I never authorized the purchase and never completed any of the offer's requirements (e.g., made an appointment). I would appreciate Groupon's kindly reversing the $** charge (and, no, I do not want a Groupon credit for another purchase) and sending me confirmation of having done so.
