Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I am unable to use the **% off email coupons you send me each week. I tried today with **EXTRA and it says "you must be logged on to the same account as the email." Huh? I only have one Groupon Account, been using it for years. So I got stuck last week paying $*** for Russian Nutcracker suite ballet tickets as it wouldn't take my **% code (that YOU sent ME) nor today when I tried to buy * Dierks Bently tickets for $** at Shoreline Amphitheater, Mountain View, CA, on Oct. *. I am so frustrated at Groupon about this bait and switch. I feel like you should refund the **% of my ballet ticket price, and I believe you should help me apply the **% off code for this current Dierks Bently purchase today.*Audrey Fairchild
