I thought setting up an appointment would be easy, but the process was lengthy. After over a month, I never received a call for my appointment. Despite attempts to contact her for 2 weeks, she only reached out on the last day before my Groupon expired, saying the earliest opening would be at the end of September. I am frustrated as this would mean waiting over 2 months. I am seeking a refund or credit to my account. It's disheartening that despite positive reviews, the service is hard to access. For future reference, there should be a selection of time slots when purchasing the Groupon. The service is for psychic spells, Order # [redacted]59. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Alexandra. I am inquiring about a recent purchase issue. On June 23, my boyfriend bought 2 tickets for Seven Peaks, each priced at $24.99. It appears that he was mistakenly charged twice on his credit card, totaling $99.96. At Seven Peaks, we were informed that we needed to wait 24 hours to use the tickets. Is it possible to receive a refund for the duplicate charge? Additionally, we purchased 6 tickets for the Grimm Ghost Tours at $20 each. Unfortunately, 2 individuals couldn't attend due to pregnancy. Would it be possible to get a refund for these 2 tickets, totaling $40? The purchases were made from two separate bank accounts, with the first from my boyfriend's account and the second from mine. I bought a Groupon for a keratin treatment and booked an appointment at the salon. Despite arriving 20 minutes early as requested, I waited for five hours due to the stylist triple-booking appointments. The salon had a cramped space shared by multiple stylists, making my experience uncomfortable. The extended time caused me to cancel evening plans. Not only was the service subpar, but the stylist was rude and mishandled my hair, resulting in a burned scalp and irritation. Had I known, I would not have chosen this salon.

I am frustrated with Groupon because they charged the wrong credit card. I had added a different card for payment, but somehow it wasn't used, causing a big mess. I want to cancel my order until this is resolved. Additionally, there were items I wanted to purchase by the first of this month, and now I've missed out due to this issue. I have tried reaching out for help through texts but haven't received a response. I hope to get a resolution soon by contacting you this way. I have been trying to resolve this issue since July. Every time I seek help, I am asked for a $5 fee to resolve it. I am hesitant to provide my visa card details. I purchased 4 35-minute Migun bed sessions at Be Well, a wellness center in Windsor, Ontario. The company informed me that the bed is broken and advised me to contact you for a refund. I have not received any updates on when it will be fixed. Despite reminders that my Groupon is expiring, I cannot use it due to the broken bed. Hello, I am still dissatisfied with the outcome of this situation. The owner suggested a refund, but I am puzzled why he didn't offer to reschedule for the next day instead. I trusted his word, and his abrupt suggestion of a refund was unexpected. I would like to escalate this matter with a formal complaint against the vendor for being rude and unhelpful. Why did he advise a refund if rebooking was an option? In my previous email, I mentioned that the voucher was never used. I arrived late for my appointment on August 9th due to parking difficulties. The owner rudely informed me of a 40-minute wait, which I couldn't accommodate due to work commitments. After I questioned the delay, he brusquely suggested a refund, to which I agreed. I received a refund in Groupon Bucks, but I prefer a refund back to my original payment method. I've been attempting to contact Groupon without success. I am extremely disappointed. I have been in touch with Groupon multiple times, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. In May, I placed an order for 2 pairs of sandals. The white pair was delivered promptly, but the black pair has not shown up. I have had discussions with various representatives through phone calls, live chat, and text messages, but the black sandals have yet to be delivered. Despite requesting a change in my email address with a Groupon agent, my account still displays the old email. Furthermore, the tracking option for a dashcam I purchased seems to have vanished from My Stuff. Additionally, the towels I ordered show as ready to be shipped, although I already received them weeks ago. I would appreciate assistance in resolving these matters.

On August 23, I purchased a multicolor ocean wave light projector and music player. As of September 4, I have yet to receive my speaker. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues with Groupon deliveries. In a previous instance, I ordered a vibrator and received it two months later due to it being lost. The speaker I ordered was supposed to arrive in 4-7 business days but it is now past the expected delivery date and hasn't even left the shipment facility. I am extremely frustrated and would like either the speaker delivered promptly or a refund back to my card, not as credit on Groupon. I'm disappointed with this experience and do not plan on using Groupon again. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

On September 1, [redacted], my spouse, J. King, and I bought tickets for the Blue Man Group show at the Briar Street Theatre in Chicago via Groupon on my cell phone. Initially, we selected 2 tickets, but only 1 was confirmed. We tried to cancel the first order but ended up buying 2 more tickets due to limited options. I purchased a 10" Lucid mattress for $[redacted]. Initially, I mistakenly ordered two mattresses, but the transaction didn't go through due to insufficient funds. After canceling that order, I successfully ordered one mattress. However, Groupon mistakenly processed the order for two mattresses, resulting in me receiving three. Groupon's customer service skillfully resolved the situation. While I am enjoying the quality of the mattress I kept, I now need to return one of the extras. Craig S from Groupon has provided me with a return authorization and label for both extra mattresses. I am unsure if I should generate a new label for returning just one mattress. After returning a faulty item to Groupon and providing updated credit card details for the refund multiple times over nearly 2 months, I still have not received my refund. I expect not only my initial refund of £[redacted].00 but also compensation of £[redacted].00 for the delay caused by Groupon breaching the refund time frame. This totals £[redacted].00. I am entitled to this compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused. I kindly request that Groupon processes this payment immediately before I escalate the matter to the ombudsman and other appropriate authorities due to the unacceptable delay.

I purchased 2 rides per person (total 4 rides) for Stratosphere XScream and BigShot in Las Vegas on Sep. 2, [redacted]. Upon arrival on Sep. 3, [redacted], we found out the rides were closed due to strong winds. The customer service representative, Alex, directed us to contact Groupon for a refund as they were unable to process it onsite. Alex mentioned similar cases have been dealt with through Groupon in the past. Please issue a refund for order # [redacted], totaling $39, back to the card ending in [redacted]. On August 31, [redacted], I accidentally purchased a ticket to Tony and Tina’s Wedding for $95.00. Despite not having enough credit at the time, Groupon attempted to charge the card on file multiple times. I have removed that card and now wish to buy (4) tickets for $75 each with a different card for different seats. Yesterday, I purchased a Groupon deal for carpet cleaning services focused on pets, specifically for 7 rooms. When I called to schedule the appointment, the person on the phone seemed disoriented, possibly under the influence. Despite my discomfort, I scheduled the appointment for Friday morning. However, I do not feel safe having this individual in my home as he did not even identify the company properly. I am requesting a refund for my voucher as I no longer trust this service and will seek another provider for my carpet cleaning needs.

I bought a Groupon for Pearle Vision but was informed during my appointment that the deal wasn't good. Pearle Vision explained the pros and cons compared to their regular pricing. They said customers had been able to get refunds more than 30 days after purchase. However, they couldn't credit my payment. I'm requesting a refund of $36. Good service makes for happy customers. I've had good experiences with Groupons in the past on different email accounts, but this one is disappointing. You can't always tell the value within 3 days. If this isn't resolved, I'll leave a negative review; if it's fixed, I'll leave a positive one.

I am hoping to get in touch with someone regarding my recent email inquiry about the items I purchased. I have not received a response yet. The Quilted Slip-Cover Furniture Protector for my loveseat and sofa that I bought appear more red than burgundy, contrary to the description in your ad which promised "burgundy" items. The shipping process indicated a final sale when I attempted to print the shipping package despite the ad mentioning free returns. I made the purchase on August 25, [redacted], for the Quilted Slip-Cover Furniture Protector for my loveseat.
