Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Contacted Merchant and they said that my Groupon wasn’t $** in value but $**. My account says it’s a $** value. I’d like a refund. The spa representative was rude and very hard to understand so I asked if I could speak to someone who spoke better English. She hung up on me. I do t want to do business with anyone that hangs up on me.
