Yesterday morning, I received an email from Groupon offering $10 off to use by August 29, [redacted]. Combining this with a deal for two pizzas and soda for $13 in Knoxville, I decided to place an order. I applied the promo code, and everything seemed fine. However, later in the morning, I got a failed transaction email, advising me to check my credit card. After verifying with my bank that everything was okay, I visited the store where a manager named Jennifer tried to help. Despite her efforts, the $10 discount was not applied correctly due to her omission of the promo code "TakeTen". They could not issue a refund and suggested I contact Groupon. I'm reaching out for assistance as I aim to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention. - Ronald S.

I recently reached out to Go Lippo to book an appointment and use my Groupon. They require scheduling via email and a $25 consultation fee paid through Zelle. Due to Zelle fees, I asked if I could pay in person or mail a check. They offered times that didn't align with my availability, and when I suggested paying cash, they refused walk-ins. The representative, "Cat" Warren, suggested getting a refund if dissatisfied. I've never encountered such rudeness before. I emailed my available times once more, but have not received a response.

My son gifted me a Groupon for a one-hour massage, and I had an appointment today on Tuesday, August 28, [redacted], at 1:30 pm. I arrived early at 1:20 pm but found the store closed. Despite waiting until 1:40 pm, no one showed up. I tried calling from a borrowed phone but only reached the voicemail. Upon returning home, I called again and finally got through. The person on the other end rudely claimed I missed my appointment and refused to reschedule. She suggested I seek a refund from Groupon. I believe I was not at fault for missing my appointment. How should I proceed in this situation?

I made several purchases at the beginning of the month, and all items arrived except for two outdoor lighting systems and an over-the-door gym by Gold's Gym. The 4-pack lighting system had two broken lights, and the remaining lights were too dim to be useful. The gym bands didn't provide enough resistance. Despite attempting to contact customer service, the issue remains unresolved. Although I usually have no problems with Groupon, the lack of return labels and difficulty in resolving this matter has left me considering if I should continue using the service. My friends, who also use Groupon, are waiting to see how this situation is resolved. I hope for a solution that involves free returns and a refund. I look forward to your response. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently sent an email but didn't receive a response. My husband gifted me a mani-pedi for my birthday. When I tried to book an appointment with the voucher at the nail salon, they claimed there were no available slots, jeopardizing the voucher redemption. The receptionist's behavior was discourteous. Fortunately, my husband managed to extend the Groupon voucher. On Sunday, August 12th, at 6 pm, I visited the salon. To my disappointment, they initially refused to honor the extended voucher, insisting on an extra $10 fee mentioned in the fine print. Despite my compliance, the nail technician's attitude was cold and unpleasant. She seemed agitated, spoke in Chinese, and didn't engage with me, tarnishing what should've been a special birthday treat. I even left a $5 tip despite the poor service. I request a refund or credit for this unsatisfactory experience. My husband's name is Joseph Kushner, and the voucher number is [redacted]7.

I believe there was a discrepancy with the item I purchased on Groupon. I bought a one night stay at Esseborne Manor Hotel with specific inclusions, as confirmed by the hotel receptionist. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the Groupon voucher did not cover all the listed items, such as a standard room instead of a luxury room, one course instead of three for the evening meal, and the exclusion of the cream tea. As a result, I had to incur additional costs during my stay. Groupon has offered me £20.00 in Groupon Vouchers as compensation, but considering the misrepresentation, I believe a slightly better compensation offer would be more appropriate based on the discrepancies.

I am interested in purchasing a play yard for children that is portable and has 8 sides with a blue floor. I was comparing prices and noticed it listed for $69.95 on your website. Interestingly, while I was browsing on Target's site, your ad kept appearing for $49.99, but when I clicked on it, the price changed to $69.99. This seems like false advertising as it consistently happened to me and others in my office. We are loyal customers and would appreciate an explanation. On a separate note, I was considering buying a new bedset but decided against it due to poor reviews. I plan to purchase a baby monitor soon. If you could clarify the pricing discrepancy and address this matter, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I bought a Groupon from Sourced Adventures in July using my email [redacted] The manager, Eli, has offered a refund of $85 due to issues. As I bought it through Groupon, they can't refund my card without info. for a check. I'm unsure how to proceed. The manager suggested checking with Groupon to refund to my card. The email from the manager is attached. I need guidance on whether to request a check or contact Groupon. Please advise promptly. Thank you.

We placed an order for a 6-piece electric spiralizer and food processor but received a 6-piece deluxe upgrade kit instead. The upgrade kit consists of 2 bowls with lids and a blender cup with lid. I have been communicating with the seller regarding this issue. They requested pictures of the received items and the contents. After reviewing, they mentioned that the description specifies a 6-piece package and doesn't acknowledge any missing items. However, we did not receive the electric spiralizer and food processor we originally ordered. We are seeking either a refund or the correct items we purchased. It appears the seller is not being cooperative in resolving this matter. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thank you.

While on vacation with my girlfriend, we visited the Miami Seaquarium. I tried to buy a Groupon deal, but after waiting 10 minutes, we bought tickets at full price because the Groupon didn't arrive until after we left. Strangely, I received four Groupons and was charged for all of them. I seek a refund for the four Miami Seaquarium Groupon purchases that cost over $[redacted]. Similar trouble happened with a Life's a Sport jet ski Groupon. I only used one, but Groupon charged me for two more, totaling $[redacted]. I now have six unwanted Groupons in my app and request a refund for all six. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

Hello, I am Daniel. I purchased an all-wheel alignment with a conventional oil change on Nov 1 for $79.99. When I arrived, the technician tried using a different oil than my car needed, stating he had to follow computer instructions. Long story short, I bought another alignment deal without the oil change due to connectivity issues during ordering. The technician kindly allowed me to use a computer at the facility to place the order successfully. I requested a cancellation for the initial order, which was processed. However, I later discovered I accidentally placed two orders on November 8, in addition to the Nov 1 order. I originally sought a refund for the Nov 1 order and would appreciate your reconsideration for a refund of $79.99. If possible, a Groupon credit would suffice as I plan to purchase another alignment. Thank you for your assistance in advance. Sincerely, Daniel P.

I bought a Groupon for a massage last year, but had trouble booking it due to the masseuse's excuses about moving locations, taking care of her kids, and being stuck in traffic. Despite the Groupon expiring, she said it was okay to still use it. However, when we finally scheduled the appointment, she arrived late, seemed erratic, and displayed unprofessional behavior. She even falsely claimed I was late. I was so frustrated I left before the massage. I believe she should not be listed on Groupon due to her poor customer service. I am requesting a refund for the service I did not receive.

I purchased a Groupon deal for a house cleaning service and scheduled an appointment online. I also texted the company asking for a phone confirmation. A cleaner texted me details but later the company texted saying they were busy and no one accepted my requested appointment. I checked the online calendar and saw the cleaner's schedule was marked busy on my requested day. Unsure if the appointment was accepted, I received cryptic texts and a garbled voice recording at 1 am, followed by a morning text saying it was a mistake. I'm left confused with no resolution from the management.

Purchased two Cedar Point Groupons for two days of park entry for two people. Used one Groupon yesterday but was denied entry today, had to buy two extra tickets. Disappointed in Groupon's response, waiting 48-72 hours for a callback. Cedar Point says it's a Groupon issue, making my day two vacation experience a mess. Have bought many Groupons, but this treatment is unacceptable. Refund needed promptly to restore trust. Want full reimbursement and proper resolution to this ordeal. Groupon needs to rectify these inconveniences and overcharges for my family's sake.

I came across a Groupon deal for a photo booth service for my wedding and made a booking for my date. Unfortunately, the service provider turned out to be unprofessional and failed to show up for my wedding on August 25th. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, including phone calls where I was promised a call back from their manager, I have not received any response. I am deeply disappointed by their no-show and lack of communication. I am seeking a refund of the $[redacted] deposit I paid. This experience has left me feeling scammed, especially since I chose them based on their listing on the Groupon website. It's disheartening that they tarnished what was supposed to be a special day for me.

I bought a $40.50 voucher from Agassi Spa, only to find out it doesn't work on all hair types. I want to exchange it for Manhattan Wellness Spa and will cover the price difference. I've tried to reach out multiple times before the deadline with no luck. I even chatted with Arjun on 8/22 (Chat # [redacted][redacted]2) but got disconnected. I'm extremely frustrated and need this sorted out promptly. If this isn't resolved, I won't recommend Groupon to anyone.

I recently purchased a certificate for Sand Dollar and encountered numerous issues trying to make a reservation. Despite being told to make the reservation online with my certificate number, my coupon was marked as redeemed before I could do so. When we arrived at the dock, no one was present, and there was no boat in sight. Confusion arose regarding the departure time as well. Despite attempting to call multiple times and seeking help from restaurant employees, we were unable to board the boat. This change in business ownership has led to poor customer service, and I am requesting a full refund. I can provide a photo of their brochure as proof. Kindly confirm the refund at [redacted]. Thank you.

Last night, while getting into bed, my daughters accidentally purchased a Carvery for 4 and pickled crab for £29 on my phone. I contacted my bank this morning and they advised me to reach out to Groupon to explain the situation and request to stop the transaction. The purchase, made after midnight, was a complete accident. Currently, I do not have the extra £29 available as it's a tight financial period with bills due. I am feeling quite panicked about this and hope that Groupon can assist by halting the transaction. Once Groupon confirms, my bank instructed me to contact them again so they can assist in refunding the money back into my account.

Hello, I bought 2 car detailing Groupons. I had a set date but got a text saying to change it. I rescheduled to 1 Sept [redacted] but got another text to reschedule to 16 Sept [redacted]. I tried to print them, one went through but the other said it was redeemed on 29 Aug [redacted], which I didn't do. I messaged Greg, the detailer, about it. He claimed his brother redeemed them while he was in the hospital. It seems suspicious as digital money can't be taken that quickly. I'm questioning how this happened if he was hospitalized two weeks ago. Greg agreed to honor the redeemed Groupon but mentioned a financial strain. I'm seeking a refund for both of my Groupons due to this situation. Thank you, L.

This is my first experience using Groupon to buy two Cleveland Skydiving tickets for my boyfriend and me. However, after finding out we couldn't go, I tried booking in advance but the tickets were allegedly redeemed. I hadn't even selected a date to go. The voucher number provided was invalid, and I paid $[redacted] for tickets I never used. I am a college student on a budget and really need a refund due to the website's disorganization. Thank you for your help in addressing this issue promptly.
