Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-malakanj's own words
I bought * tickets to Splish Splash water park on Long island, hoping to have a fun time before my sister moves away for school. This was our first time there. First off, a few of their attractions were closed down for no reason as to why. Also, while waiting on a line for over an hour, my sister proceeded to pass out due to the high heat. This was because there was absolutely no shade available. After waiting ** minutes for a doctor, no medical attention was received. We were told to "buy water". There was absolutely no staff willing to help and there was only one water fountain in the park, which was all the way on the other side, a ** minute walk. I was scared for my sisters life and was disgusted at how much we were ignored. This was the first time that I was there and I was extremely unhappy with my experience. After voicing my complaint to guest services at splish splash, they did absolutely nothing to help. I would like a complete refund for both tickets to my account.
GetHuman-malakanj did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
