Get a refund. ... I had ordered a necklace, my ticket number is ****-*ddb-*e*b. I returned it because it wasn't as described by Groupon. The quality was awful. I sent it back on July **th to the address provided, **** Formay Ave Grand Junction, CO, and was told I would get a refund. I still haven't received my refund.
I have purchased many things through Groupon. I didn't expect bad quality. It makes me concerned that Groupon might have other merchants out there that are selling items that look nothing like the picture on the Groupon site. Will I order anything from Groupon again? I don't know?
