Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-simchalu's own words
Hi,* we ordered * tickets ($***) for Dutch Wonderland to be used on our vacation to Lancaster Pennsylvanian. We were told by the park representative over the phone that the park will be open till *:** pm on the dates August **, and August **, the two days of our vacation. However, when we came on Wednesday the park was closed due to flooding. So, we decided we'll come back the next day Thursday August **. We figured that because we had already something else planned for the first half of the day, we'll come to enjoy the park for the second half of the day since we were told that the park was open till *:** pm. However, when we came to the park at *:** we were told that that the park will only be open till *:** pm. Because of the early closer of the park we decided that it wont be worth using our tickets for less than two hours. So, I ask if you can please refund us the money for what we spent on our tickets since we didn't end up using them.

GetHuman-simchalu did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
