I purchased a voucher for Solmar Resort in Cabo. I called the resort and confirmed availability. They said to email *****@***.com which I did. It just took me to the groupon site and there was an option to book but none of the room choices were the all inclusive * night stay and it wanted me to rebook. There was no option to use the voucher I already purchased. Also, it took me * days to get the resort on the phone. I am highly frustrated and although I have frequently used Groupon in the past I am about to cancel and give it up. Having no access to a human being to talk to makes it extremely difficult.
GetHuman-mespdsk did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
