I have an unused Groupon for Donovan's Steak House that just closed its doors. You keep asking me if I have any unused coupons, and by using all methods available to me, cannot reach you to advise that I have one. I've used your service quite a bit, and just got back an e-mail that is undeliverable because of a server concern, and I'm disappointed that I cannot get through. If there is a way I can recover my $ **.** cost for the unusable coupon, please let me know how!

I stumbles on to a CHAT box with Groupon. Although I resuested knowing how to cotact Groupon in the future, I was directed to the web site, which I told the chat box was impossible to navigate. Unfortunately, I still do not know how to really contact them! They told me that I could "trade" for same value selection within Groupon offerings by *******?
