My telephone * is ***) *** ****, Not a cell phone. On *******, I purchased three different GroupOns from the same company. First of all, your site wouldn't have let these purchases go thru unless they were legitimate. The Service Co. contacted me, and when I explained the situation. There was no response. Approx. four hours later I contacted the company myself. Asking if there was a problem, again there was no response. I bought one groupon from this co. one month ago, for myself. On *******. I purchased a * hr. * people cleaning as a gift to my mother. On the same day, I entered my mother's - who is a quadriplegic - email address "*****@***.com", and ordered one * hr. * people for her home, then she (I) ordered one gift for a * hr. cleaning with two people. All three of these three purchases were made for three different locations. *The company will not return my texts. I want you to refund me due to their lack of follow thru with purchases that were prepaid for. *The owner of this co. offered me cleanings at the same price as Group On's when she first entered my home in either late July or early August. This was done before she and her helper even began working. I chose to do it the Group On way because I didn't know if I would be satisfied with her service and, frankly, she came on pretty strong. It ended up that I used GroupOn and not her personally. I don't know if she is angry or if she believes I have done something wrong. All I know is that yesterday, * ******, she texted me at **:**am saying I was a repeat customer so it would cost me $***.** for a cleaning on September *, ****. I never requested a date, and the initial purchase was made by my mother for a different location then where she had been before. I responded to her at *:**pm., explaining the misunderstanding and telling her about the three locations, etc. She never responded. I texted her again around *pm, asking her if there was any problem* and once again, I never heard back from her.**I do not believe I will ever receive a response from this Service - the owner's name is Jennifer - and I want a full refund for my mother's two purchases and for my one purchase. Clearly, she didn't like what she heard from me on the telephone, and her total lack of response to my two texts says it all, especially since she reached out to me to start with.
