Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Book American ... Hello,**Very disappointed in Groupon right now. The hotel we booked we were expecting to pay $**.** total. We needed an American hotel and we assumed with paying us dollars that it was. It was very difficult to navigate. We just have received an email stating that it's Canadian and that we paid $***. We are Canadians are we are travelling to the American side for the night. We would like to cancel this request and get our refund. **Please respond to this email explaining how we can cancel our reservation and receive our refund. **Thanks.
The cost was in American and Groupon was hard to navigate and we leave in two days and the timing is stressful now.
Cancelling the reservation and refunding the purchase. The hotel stated it needs to be completed through Groupon.
I've ordered with Groupon before against the suggestions not to and now I'm reconsidering ever ordering again.
Contacted the help center, negative results. Contacted the hotel, needs to be through Groupon. *Sent an email to support.
