I had a negative experience with hairstylist Nicole Brock at Hair We Go in Amesbury. Despite having a Groupon, she accused me of missing appointments (which I did not) and tried to charge me a fee. When trying to schedule a hair coloring appointment since April, she was uncooperative and never followed up as promised. To top it off, she confused me with someone else, called me the wrong name, and displayed rude and insulting behavior. I no longer feel comfortable having her work on my hair and would like a credit to use on a different Groupon service. The cost of the cut and color service was approximately $56-$65. I attempted to contact the customer service number provided, but unfortunately, no one answers. - Denise Green.

I purchased 2 Groupons for Happy Hooligans in San Jose expecting to use them. The server initially confirmed they accept Groupons, but later claimed they were expired when it was time to pay. Despite explaining the situation to both the server and the manager, they refused to honor the Groupons. Each Groupon is valued at $17, totaling $34. I am disappointed with the restaurant's refusal to accept the Groupons and would appreciate it if Groupon could provide a credit for the unused amount. I hope Groupon will address this issue promptly and fairly.

I ordered a pair of size 8 Women's ASICS Jolt running shoes from AreaTrend last night. However, the shoes I received were not the same color as shown in the photo; they were neon blue/yellow instead of the blue/grey color I expected. I immediately opened a ticket to cancel the order but was told it had already shipped. Despite contacting them within the 2-hour window, they refused to cancel the order as promised by Groupon. Now, I am stuck with shoes I don't want, will have to pay for return shipping, and wait weeks for a refund. This lack of customer service is disappointing. I hope they will honor their promise and issue a refund promptly. AreaTrend should improve their customer service and provide a way to cancel or edit orders post-purchase.

I had a disappointing experience at Hair Factor. I purchased a Groupon and attended my appointment, but I arrived late due to parking issues. Unfortunately, I only received a 10-minute cut without a wash or blow-dry. When I mentioned using the Groupon next time as it was supposed to include those services, the owner informed me it was only for first-time customers, even though I had not used it before. I ended up paying $20 for the Groupon, another $20 for the limited service, and left feeling taken advantage of. The owner suggested I could seek a refund, but I declined. Hello [redacted], I am account, residing at 30 Sandown Road, L15 4JD. I made a purchase of 3 bottles of organic apple cider vinegar on 20/07/[redacted]. After waiting 10 days without receiving my order, I contacted customer support. They asked me to wait another 7 days while they reached out to the supplier. Despite going through this process multiple times, there has been no delivery. My last conversation was on 24th, where I was told it was a complete dead end. I have contacted support again today and I am currently in a chat with the operator, Gregory P. He mentioned he is checking on it but it has been over 30 minutes now and I still haven't received a response. I have already escalated this issue to the management team to file a complaint. I am reaching out to you as my last hope to address this matter urgently.

I recently purchased two vouchers for Dubai Ladies Club at a price of AED [redacted] each. I mistakenly bought the weekday offer for AED [redacted] instead of the weekend offer at AED [redacted]. I reached out before, and you declined to exchange, offering a 20% discount on my next purchase instead. I've used that discount already. The merchant has confirmed I can exchange for the weekend offer, which surprised me since you initially refused. I'd appreciate help with this as I am unable to use the vouchers on weekdays. I don't seek a refund but am willing to exchange for a more expensive offer. You can retract the 20% discount I have already used. I believe this situation should be resolvable. About four months ago (mid-April), I purchased a Groupon, actually a Living Social deal for a mani-pedi spa. I scheduled an appointment for the following week. Six days later, I had an accident that kept me off my foot for two months. After canceling the appointment, I planned to reschedule later since I had time left on the voucher. In the second week of June, when I tried to reschedule, they couldn't accommodate me until a month later, which clashed with my semester abroad in Spain. Despite checking for cancellations, they couldn't fit me in. I returned this week to find the voucher expired. When I called to redeem the paid value, they refused. I've been a loyal customer for over eight years, using your services in Spain, Mexico, and more. Kindly consider refunding my voucher so I can use it elsewhere.

Hello, I have been experiencing an issue with my Mindfulness course registration. I reached out to your team before 13/8/18 to explain my situation. I received a confirmation email from you with the necessary details for the School of Positive Thinking (SofP). However, when I tried to register later on, I couldn't locate the email, not even in the deleted folder. I spoke to a Groupon representative, and they advised me to contact SofP for assistance, but SofP mentioned that you at GROUPON should provide me with my registration details. I encountered an issue with my order #1[redacted]90-[redacted]. I purchased a Groupon last night for a stay at the Intercontinental in Milwaukee, but upon arrival, they had no record of my reservation or confirmation number. Unfortunately, all their rooms were fully booked, leaving me without accommodation for the night. Despite the representative's efforts to find me an alternative room, we were unsuccessful in finding a place to sleep. I am extremely disappointed with Groupon at the moment. The hotel we reserved was supposed to cost us $80.00 in total. We specifically looked for an American hotel assuming that by paying in US dollars, it would be located in the US. The website was challenging to navigate, and now we've discovered through an email that the hotel is actually in Canada, costing us $[redacted]. As Canadians traveling to the American side for the night, this is not what we wanted or expected. We would like to cancel our reservation and request a refund. My landline number is [redacted]. I bought three Groupons on 8/17/18 from the same company, which were legitimate since they went through your site. After the company didn't respond to my inquiries about the purchases, I contacted them myself with no response as well. The purchases included a cleaning service for myself a month ago, a gift for my quadriplegic mother, and another gift for a longer cleaning session, all for different locations. Despite the company not responding to my calls and texts, the owner named Jennifer reached out to offer a service at a higher price without my request, creating confusion. I'm seeking a refund for all three purchases due to their lack of follow-through and communication.

My husband bought a Groupon for Cassh Cleaning in Las Vegas for either Basic or Deep House Cleaning Services, with four options available, on July 25, [redacted]. Today, August 27, [redacted], I contacted Cassh Cleaning to confirm the appointment, but was informed that they would not be coming because they wouldn't make money on cleaning my house. I bought the Ohio Kalahari Groupon which offers two room options, desert and hut. I prefer the desert room since it is larger. Unfortunately, Groupon does not allow for room selection. When I called Kalahari to request the large room, they explained that they can't accommodate specific room requests with Groupon bookings. They advised me to reach out to you to help me secure the desert room.

The deal was for One Year of Unlimited Laser Hair Removal on One Large Area and Two Small Areas for $[redacted]. In the terms, it mentions refunds for non-candidates. Hello, We purchased four tickets for Dutch Wonderland at $[redacted] for our vacation to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We were informed by a park representative that the park would be open until 8:30 pm on August 22 and August 23, the days of our visit. However, upon arrival on Wednesday, we found the park closed due to flooding. Planning to return on Thursday, August 23, we arrived at 4:15 pm assuming we could enjoy the park until 8:30 pm as previously mentioned. Unfortunately, we were told the park was closing at 6:00 pm. With only a brief time left, we felt it was not worth using our tickets for less than two hours. Therefore, we kindly request a refund for the unused tickets due to the discrepancy in the park's operating hours. Thank you.

Hello, I am requesting a refund for my online order. I had scheduled an appointment with the merchant but due to a family emergency, I needed to reschedule. After speaking with someone and rescheduling, the merchant called minutes later, claiming I missed the appointment. I may have dialed the wrong number, but the merchant's unprofessionalism during the call left me disinterested in proceeding with the haircut. My wife recently had knee replacement surgery, and we booked an overnight stay at the Wigwam to celebrate her successful recovery and our 65th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, she re-injured her knee, leaving us unable to go on our trip. I used my Discover card to pay for the stay and canceled the charges through my Google account once we decided not to go. However, when I received my statement, I noticed that I was charged twice for $[redacted].74 each. I contacted Discover, and they informed me that I only had a credit of $[redacted].74, leaving me to pay for a stay I couldn't enjoy. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with this situation.

I purchased 2 tickets to Splish Splash water park on Long Island to enjoy a day out before my sister leaves for school. It was our first visit. Unfortunately, some attractions were closed without explanation, and my sister fainted while waiting in line due to the intense heat and lack of shade. Despite seeking medical assistance for her, we were directed to purchase water and left unattended. Staff seemed unhelpful, and the park lacked adequate water fountains. The experience was concerning and disappointing. My complaint to guest services yielded no resolution. I am requesting a full refund for both tickets to be credited to my account.

On August 28th, I purchased a Groupon deal for a car wash from Matt and Jeff's for $39. Upon receiving the email, it mentioned a 25% discount using code FF25, but the discount didn't reflect during checkout. After speaking with a chat representative, I was informed that there were exclusions in the fine print that I couldn't find. It would be helpful if these exclusions were made more visible to customers. I've been a loyal Groupon customer for years and wish to keep using your services, but transparency is important. If this issue persists, I might have to explore other options for my purchases.
