Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Receive a refund ... I have an issue with order *****-******-******. I bought this groupon last night to check into the Intercontinental in Milwaukee. However they did not have my order confirmation number on file or my name for check in. And all of there rooms happen to be book solid so they wasn't able to accommodate me what so ever. Although the rep tried to help me find a room somewhere else we were unsuccessfully and ended up without a place to sleep last night. I have the managers information on hand for verification if needed. I also noticed that on my account this groupon have been marked used. Can that be changed? And I'd like a refund asap please. **Thank you.
I ended up with out a place to stay for an entire night.

I've been with groupon for ** years now.
Calling customer serves several times no response or answer. Chatted with cs over help chat and have yet to solve my issue.
