About * months ago (mid April or so) I purchased a groupon, actually a living social deal for a mani pedi spa, and schedule an appointment for the following week* six days after I suffer an accident which kept me out of my foot for two months. I called and cancelled the appointment hoping to schedule it later since I had plenty of time to use the voucher. Once I was able to get on my feet I call to reschedule the appointment this was the second week of June. They said they didn’t have an open spot until around a month after the day I called which was impossible since I would be in Spain for a semestre abroad. They had me call back several time to check for cancelations but they were never able to squeeze me in. I just got back this week and the voucher expired. I call the, even to redeem the paid valued and they said they would not do that or receive it in any way. Please help I am an old time costumer dating * years back or more, I have used your services in Spain, Mexico, and more. I would greatly appreciate the refund of my voucher to be able to schedule the service with a different vendor.
GetHuman-bertita did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
