Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Seven Peaks is no longer open for the season. I purchased ** passes to be redeemed by Sept *, went to use them FOR MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY PARTY on August **, and found that the park is closed for the season, even though all of their online material shows that the park is still open weekday evenings and all day on Saturdays. Spoke with a live Seven Peaks representative who confirmed that the park is closed completely for the rest of the season.
GetHuman-mctimbra did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
