Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I want a refund for the bad service I've experienced with groupon. I got charged for a hotel that i was told the transaction did not go through so i proceeded to book a hotel with a different site. To my surprise, i got charged for the original room and got a confirmation email at almost *pm this evening for my stay tonight. I cancelled the transaction and would like a call back as soon as possible to fix this. This has been nothing but a hassle and i will not be using groupon in the future.
