Help with my Groupon issue

I ordered a macbook and just received it, and when turning it on the entire screen has horizontal lines going across and i cant do anything with it. And after spending over $*** i would like a different one. The other issue i have is i go togo under the “mygroupons” in order to print a return label like it tells me to do on my slip that came in the box, and for some reason the macbook will not show up anywhere on there so i dont know how i can print a return label.
GetHuman1032216 did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
