I ordered a shiatsu foot massager on 8/20 in the morning. I did not receive the usual confirmation, so I chatted with a representative who couldn't find my order. I reordered it, but then realized there were three massagers in my cart 35 minutes later. Another representative promised to check and cancel two orders, but later a third representative claimed they couldn't cancel the extras. The items haven't been shipped yet, which confuses me given the short timeframe. This is my first issue with Groupon, and I'm a loyal customer feeling let down. I'd appreciate assistance with this matter. Thank you, J. Williams Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]

Hello, this is Daniel from DK Therapy. I recently tried to address some issues with my account manager, Kyle Tibby, but he is currently on holiday for a month. This is the third time I have tried to reach out concerning online booking problems for customers. Despite my requests for cancellations, people are still showing up for treatments due to online bookings being allowed. This is costing me money and damaging my reputation. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter, along with the unauthorized sale of an extra $50 voucher. If I don't hear back within 24 hours, I will contact the ombudsman for further assistance. I am considering not accepting any more clients from Groupon moving forward. Thank you. Regards, Daniel K.

I contacted the vendor, but they preferred texting over talking on the phone. They discouraged me from using Groupon, claiming their deals were better. Upon checking, I realized Groupon offers more time per ticket compared to their special, which is more expensive. Despite having a Groupon voucher, scheduling an appointment was challenging, and the earliest available slot was nearly the end of September. The whole experience makes me skeptical of the service quality. It appears common for vendors to showcase better deals outside of Groupon. I am disappointed with this situation and request a refund due to the lack of transparency.

My husband bought a voucher for oil changes in Santa Cruz, California. After using the first one, we found the location closed for the next visit. We are struggling to reach Groupon about this issue. They claim he doesn't have an account, despite us having made other purchases through it. We are eager to resolve this matter and need to speak to a representative. For communication, my husband's email is [redacted] We attempted to contact Groupon via phone and their website yesterday and the day before, but it still shows no account. We have order records in old emails. Can someone at Groupon assist us? I can be reached at [redacted] and have another voucher issue needing attention. Please respond via email as my husband is unwell. Thank you. Ann Frank

I purchased a $50 Groupon from Healing Hands OOB for a massage on August 20, [redacted]. I tried calling multiple times to schedule an appointment with no answer, only reaching a voicemail. I then visited the address listed ([redacted] West Great Neck Road, Virginia Beach [redacted]) and was informed by the owner that there was no Healing Hands Massage OOB; the business was called Therapeutic Massage Works. The owner recognized the name Lakeysha Miles and mentioned that she had rented a room there previously but couldn't pay rent and left. It seems I have been scammed, and I am hoping for a prompt refund. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you. R. VanderMeer

I accidentally placed a double order for a service. Initially, the payment didn't go through, so I placed the same order at a different business the same day with a different credit card, and that payment was successful. Two days later, the payment for the first order went through, but I no longer need the service. I noticed this morning that the payment went through, but I couldn't find an option to cancel the order in MyStuff. The order number is 1[redacted]85-[redacted]. I'd like to request a refund for the duplicate order. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased a Groupon a few months ago for the Rod Stewart concert in Denver. I received an email yesterday regarding my tickets for the event at Pepsi Center on Wednesday, 8-22-18 at 7:30pm MDT. The email mentions that my tickets have been sent via Flash Seats and need immediate attention. It states that I need to accept the tickets or provide an ID to avoid any delays on the day of the show. To proceed, I should first check my junk/spam folder for an email from Flash Seats. If I can't find the email, I am advised to visit the Flash Seats website at www.flashseats.com and click on 'Register' to add the necessary information without any charges.

I recently bought a Groupon for a subscription to National Geographic Kids magazine. However, when I tried to redeem it following the instructions from Groupon, the voucher code did not work on the provided link. The Groupon voucher is set to expire today, on 8/22/18. I reached out to the customer service contacts given by Groupon via email and phone, but the magazine representatives stated they are unable to assist and directed me back to Groupon. I am disappointed in the process and would appreciate assistance to ensure I receive the magazine subscription I purchased. Thank you for your help. - Beth F.

I purchased two Groupon deals for Bali and have been coordinating with Go Today since March of last year. Throughout this time, we made arrangements to extend our stay and upgrade to different hotels as recommended by their team. Recently, Monica from Go Today informed me that due to the changes we made, we are no longer eligible for the three tours or airport transfers promised initially. Had we known this, we wouldn't have altered our plans. It was Monica's error, and though she apologized, I believe I shouldn't bear the consequences. The sole reason for the modifications was because they were suggested to us. Given this experience, I feel reluctant to continue doing business with this company and request a refund for the Groupon deal purchased.

I purchased a cleaning service for $75, assuming it was for Florida, but it turns out it's for a different state, which is too far for me. I need help locally, not in another state. I couldn't find a way to contact you until now when I finally found a phone number. Can you please refund the $75 to my card? After printing the coupon, I noticed it was for a different state. Sending me deals for another state is not what I expected when I only wanted services in Florida. My phone number is [redacted]. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I recently bought a Groupon deal from A Star Quality Cleaning Service in Rhode Island for 6 hours of cleaning. I have been attempting to set up an appointment with them for about a week now, but have had no luck reaching them. They mention having issues with their phone number and prefer communication via email. I have emailed them multiple times, and although they initially responded by asking how many hours I needed, they have since gone silent. It seems like they may be overwhelmed by the response to their Groupon promotion. I was hoping to have the cleaning done within the next week or so, but they mentioned scheduling for mid-September in one of their replies without following up. Time is running out for me to redeem this offer, so I am uncertain about how to proceed.

I'm feeling really frustrated by the lack of knowledgeable support available. A few months back, I attempted to swap my Sunken Gardens deal for the Bonkers Comedy Club offer as it was advertised as possible. Despite multiple tries on my own, I couldn't figure it out. The representative guided me through steps I'd already attempted numerous times without success. Another representative also tried to assist, but in the end, I couldn't exchange the Sunken Gardens for the Bonkers deal, and I was charged the full price for the Bonkers offer. Now, the Bonkers deal has vanished, and I'm left without access to either deal. This experience has left me disappointed, and I doubt I'll use Groupon in the future. The system changes seem to cause issues, and the lack of resolution for problems feels disheartening and unproductive.

My name is Carol Starnes and my telephone number is 1-[redacted]. I am trying to schedule two appointments with Serenity Wellness in Asheville, North Carolina using a Groupon voucher. Despite the instructions on the voucher to call, the phone goes unanswered and messages are not returned. I am unable to book online as there is no email address provided either. They mention texting as an option, but even that hasn't yielded any response. The business address is given as Cedar Point Crossing, which adds to the confusion. I'm unsure how to proceed but would appreciate a refund or help in securing the appointments I paid for.

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Broadmoor Hotel Miami Beach I am writing to address my recent stay at Broadmoor Hotel Miami Beach, which I booked through Groupon under Order #1[redacted]24-[redacted] for check-in on 8/20/18. Upon arrival, the actual condition of the hotel did not match the online photos. The reception area was unclean with soiled furniture, and the guest restroom was not well-maintained. Requesting to view the room before check-in, I found stained sheets and pillowcases, a dirty tub, and a constantly dripping faucet. I promptly informed the receptionist of these issues and was advised to seek a refund through Groupon. I kindly request a $78 credit to my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I purchased an OtterBox Commuter phone case for an iPhone 8 Plus on June 29th. It was supposed to be delivered on July 5th, but I never received it. I contacted the post office and other delivery services for information, but they couldn't help. I was advised to contact Groupon for a possible refund. I have been trying to reach Groupon's Customer Service for a refund but had difficulty. My order number is #[redacted], and my tracking number is #[redacted][redacted]. Please advise me on how to proceed with getting a refund or resending the item. Let me know if you need more details. Thank you, M.S.

I would like to report an issue regarding a Groupon I purchased for 5 radiofrequency sessions at Dermis Advanced Electrolysis Removal with Skin Rejuvenation. I am disappointed for a few reasons: the address listed for the treatment center on the website is incorrect as they have moved locations, and the new address is significantly farther than the previous one. Had I known the correct address, I would not have made the purchase. Additionally, the description of the radiofrequency sessions provided on the website differs from what was relayed to me when I contacted the salon by phone. I have yet to use any of the sessions and would like to cancel my current Groupon voucher. I hope to exchange it for a different one that is closer to my location and ensures transparency for customers. Thank you.

I have 2 Groupons for Happy Hooligans in San Jose. Upon asking the server if they accept Groupons, they confirmed. However, during payment, the server mentioned the Groupons were expired, which was disappointing. Despite explaining the situation, the manager also declined to accept them. The Groupons are valued at $17 each. As the restaurant didn't honor the Groupons, I am seeking Groupon to stand by its commitment and provide a credit of $34 for both. I believe Groupon will address this matter fairly and offer a suitable solution.

My name is Robert Zack, and our account is under Donna Zack's name. Over the past 4 to 5 months, I have only ordered one thing from Groupon - three packages of two tickets for Arclight Theaters. Despite browsing for various items, I just purchased the movie tickets. It seems there is a recurring issue with your system as this is the second time it has occurred. I am 74 years old, have had open-heart surgery, a pacemaker, crushed discs in my neck and lower back, and I do not need this added stress. Please remove my wife's credit card from Groupon to prevent future occurrences. I kindly request a prompt resolution. Thank you.

I have noticed unauthorized charges on my account. Over the past five months, I only purchased Arclight theater tickets. Although I have browsed deals on Groupon, I have not made any additional purchases. Numerous unauthorized transactions are appearing on my account, causing unnecessary stress. At 74 years old, with a history of serious health issues, I urgently need this matter resolved. This is the second occurrence of unauthorized charges. Once this is resolved, I intend to close the account. Please contact me immediately at [redacted] (home), [redacted] (cell), or [redacted] (wife's cell). I need prompt attention to this issue to prevent a recurrence.

I purchased a 3-day Go Boston Card but didn't download it due to limited phone storage. I didn't print the voucher either. On August 22nd, I visited the Skywalk Observatory and presented my Groupon Voucher for the Go Card. They scanned it, marking it as redeemed. I couldn't use it at other attractions since it was marked as such. The Go Card expires today, and I'd like to request a credit as I won't have time to start another 3-day voucher. I'm currently vacationing in Boston. Thank you for your prompt assistance. - A.B.
