I purchased a * day Go Boston Card and did not download this Card because I don't have storage space on my phone. I did not print out the voucher either. On August **nd I only went to the Skywalk Observatory and showed my Groupon Voucher for the * day Go Boston Card. They scanned the Groupon voucher and after that, the voucher was marked on my Groupon voucher as redeemed. I could not use it at other attractions after that since it was marked as redeemed. This Go Card expires today. I would like to know how I could get a credit because I don't have the time to start another * day voucher. I am on vacation in Boston now. I was able to have a live chat on a Groupon App. The phone * for customer service does not work. I did not receive an answer yet from the email that I sent. The best and fastest way to resolve this problem is with the Groupon App.
