Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

You were supposed to refund two of my vouchers because the massage place said they no longer accepted Groupon. Instead of refunding it you only gave me an exchange option on one of my massages. The other pjrchased separately since it was a gift to my friend. They were BOTH supposed to be fully refunded but weren’t. I want a full refund of both those purchases at the very least. I have been trying to resolve this issue for awhile but it has been extremely complicated. There is so much confusion since you have no customer service line. I’m extremely disappointed and at the very least deserve a number to call.
GetHuman-maneeha did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
