Hello,**RE: Groupon Order *****-******-******, Broadmoor Hotel Miami Beach, **** Ocean Terrace, Miami Beach, FL *******On Sunday, *******, I made a reservation for the above-named hotel through Groupon for check-in on Monday, *******.**When I entered the hotel, I was very disappointed! It looked nothing like the pictures on-line. The first impression was so disappointing! Again, it was nothing like the pictures shown on-line!!! . . . The reception area was Not clean! Furniture soiled! Guest restroom in reception area dirty! I asked to see the room before checking in. The bed’s sheets and pillow cases were stained and the tub was (awful!) not clean and the faucet in the tub constantly dripped. It was really bad! I went back to the desk and told the receptionist the problems I incurred and inquired about a refund. The receptionist told me that I would have to request my refund via Groupon.**Please credit my account in the amount of $**. Thank you.
