Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Bought a groupon for miso hair salon. Every time i call for an appointment they are very rude and unaccommodating. They also said i was going to have to pay extra money for what i also purchased. The same thing just happened to a friend of mine as we bought the same Groupon and when she went in before it expired they told her the same thing. They wanted an extra $*** on top of the $** i have already paid for. After reading the reviews and what i have experienced on the phone with them I don’t feel comfortable paying the extra money and scared that they are going to mess up my hair. I was hoping for either a refund or a credit to buy a different Groupon. Sincerely, Crista Tarallo
