Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-tatynes's own words
I only want one bed ... I ordered a pet bed and got no review or confirmation so I ordered again. The following day, I received an email that stated my orders had been processed. I tried the “chat” option to cancel one of them, but I got no response. The next day another email came that said the orders had been shipped. I do NOT want * pet beds!! This has been a very frustrating experience and I will not shop with Groupon again. Your service is not customer friendly. Not having access to a phone number and an agent is unprofessional. Please advise.
This was especially frustrating because I could not speak with a representative to resolve this issue. NO ONE has responded with information on how to resolve this. Groupon is NOT customer friendly. Groupon should offer the buyer an opportunity to view the purchase at check out before submitting order.
Even if I can return the item, it is a HUGE inconvenience. I live in a rural area that does not have a post office. I will have to drive ** miles to mail it back.
I have shopped with Groupon for several years.
I have clicked on every link, emailed, called the phone * listed in Google, but I have NOT received any advise. Only messages asking if the issue has been resolved. *NO, IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.
