Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-narolds will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-narolds later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-narolds's own words
I purchased the Dave & Buster package for * for $**,** (****-******-******). My card was billed three (*) times for this ONE order. I purchased this package and ONE bowling package. PLEASE REFUND the two extra $**.**, totaling $***.** back IMO my account as soon as possible.
GetHuman-narolds did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
