Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

How GetHuman-cpearso fixed the problem
I tried and tried and then gave up. Then Groupon confirmed my order and stated I had to hrs within to edit order or cancel. Was finally able to get back to the order, otherwise I couldn’t find a way to change the order.
Please help with my Groupon issue
