Yesterday evening I purchased * coupons on groupon for spa castle so I can use them August ** in the night. It was my first time purchasing something on Groupon so i wasnt sure what to do after I completed the transaction. I had ask my cousin what I should do next and she told me to press on view voucher and print it out or screenshot it but i still didn't understand i kept asking her if i should press redeem but she didn't answer me as I was trying to screenshot I pressed redeem on of the coupons by accident and it is telling me that I used it at **:** pm lastnight. I dont know what to do now because the tickets are for me my parents and sister and we are using them tonight at the spa. I just called up Spa Castle and they told I have to speak to groupon and explain to you what happened and see if you can Renew it or something for idk if you need screenshots of the purchase of the ticket I can send it for proof of purchase please help me here.
