Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I got charged ** twice on the **th and then **.** twice today. I need those refunded because I actually did not submit a picture because I did not know how to do it to get coupon. My name is Aracelie Castro. Email is *****@***.com. I need a refund and will try abs figure out how to order the right way. My card was used and had no idea it did that. Since I cannot to someone I need a refund please. I’ll have someone help me figure out how to order the right way. Please let me know I will get refund. Twice on the **th and twice today. **th was ** and today **.**. Thank you. Please reply. This is frustrating especially cause I did not submit photo and you charged me. Not happy big thank you.
