The issue in GetHuman-mcdmom's own words
Redeem my voucher for * year membership at Sams Club. ... I bought a years membership at Sams Club. It said I had to redeem it online. When I tried, it asked for my redemption code. I didn't have that. Using my app i found my purchase and tapped redeem. It gave me a screen with a voucher * and like a code * but no Redeem code. I think I inadvertently redeemed my voucher on the app. I have lots of paper work saying what I bought and the date I must use it by but I don't know if I have all I need to go to Sams Club to get my Membership card. Please help :(
The instructions were very confusing. Some times when they asked for the Redemption code it was called by a different name so I thought I didn't have the right code.
Just contact me, someone who knows how to instruct me to proceed from here. I don't want to loose my investment.
This was the first deal I'd ever tried to buy and so far, it's been incredibly frustrating because I don't need an answer, I need some disscussion of what I did and what do I do now. I've typed this in so many different screens and still here I am typing again. It is torture to need instructions and have to jump though hoops just to speak with a real human being.
