I'm trying to figure out if the groupon was used already. I don't remember using it, but I think there must be a record of if it was used or not. ... I need help figuring out if my groupons have been used. I see the groupon in my account and it looks like it has not been used. I don't want to check off "redeemed" because that might make it look like it was used. I need instructions on how to figure this out. The promotion value time has expired but I'd like to use the amount I paid. I need to make sure I can print out the form for the restaurant so they'll know for sure that I am entitled to the value of the groupon. *Any help is appreciated. I don't know why I keep getting messages asking if the situation is resolved when I don't get any feedback for a "chat," a phone call, or an answer to my question.
This was especially frustrating because no one is responding with a useful response.
They could make it right by calling me at *** ***-****. If I'm not at home, leave a time and a number when I can call back.
I've been a customer for many years, but I won't be any more if the company offers support in name only but not substantively.
I've tried looking at the account many times but it's not user friendly and I don't see any way I can find the answer there. I need specific help.
