The issue in GetHuman-lilybow's own words
I bought a groupon for $**.** for a haircut and partial highlights at Salon ** in Ann Arbor, Michigan. When I went in, the lady doing my hair dyed my entire head and gave me highlights, not giving me an option, and told me in the middle of the color that I would not be able to use the groupon and to contact you and tell them I “decided not to get my hair done.” The cut and color ended up costing $***. During the haircut she tried and tried to get me to write her a review, telling me she “had my phone number” and “would not leave me alone until I did”. Both the cut and color were horrible, but I could not see the full color until I left, as the lighting in the building was bad. I read reviews online afterwards in which many people had been scammed by this lady and she had done similar things to many people. My mom went in to try to get me a refund at which point she said she would give me a partial refund, and when my mom saw she receipt she noticed she was trying to charge her that amount instead, and when comfronted about it said she had “pressed the wrong button” and proceeded to keep trying to cheat her out of the money. When I got on groupon to exhange my voucher for another one, I had noticed she had redeemed it, after telling me I could not use it and making me pay her directly for the cut and color. I would like a refund for the $**.** and think the reviews on google should be read. This lady (Najwa) should not be able to sell services on groupon, as it seems many people have had this happen, but when you first look at the reviews they are good ones from people she had bullied into writing them like she did me. This was not a case of a bad haircut or accidental mistake on her end, which happens and I would not have an issue with. This woman has done this to many people and is only looking for money, asked me to lie to Groupon, and then cashed in my voucher on top of the money I paid her directly. Thank you!
