Hello. Recently purchased a Groupon for my gf to use at a local salon. Have been getting TERRIBLE service results with this person and takes ** hours to get a response on a single txt. Once she has responded it will be another ** hours before she responds again. Was told * days ago when I wanted an appointment, she said her schedule was wide open and to just pick a time etc etc... Just realized text (** hours later) saying "oh sorry all the times on that day are full... I can get you in next week maybe." Am so so so dissatisfied with this person, also her profile stating WHERE she works is wrong, we had specifically chosen a place my gf could walk to since we only have a single car and I work long hours * days a week. The salon she actually works at is NOT listed and is NOT the reputable salon we had chosen, so what are we paying for? Someone who won't let us redeem a Groupon because she won't respond and then by the time she does the information she had given in the previous text is no longer valid and we are essentially at square one again. I would like to transfer my Groupon to a person who ACTUALLY responds and who ACTUALLY works at the highly reputable salon that she claimed she was a part of. I have another groupon in mind already and if you could please help facilitate that. I can forward you copies of the text thread that we have had with the current, non-responsive stylist. Thank you.
